Bathroom and bedroom were amazing. Breakfast had good selection of food. Valet parking was perfect

Check in time was far too long. There was just one person at the counter and it took over 45mins to check in

A hotel that definitely needs some improvements, but I have to admit that it has an unbeatable price/quality ratio. So we have to be realistic with what we get for what we pay, and from this point of view I was very satisfied. The staff is good but in some places overwhelmed by the situations, and you end up in the position where you effectively have no one to contact for minor problems. There is also a real problem with the towels in the room, which can be one or two, but can be solved with a small tip to the cleaning staff. So if you want 5-star service, go to Conrad or St Regis, but you will have to pay 3 times the money here. Only one thing bothered me, namely that I had to pay 150 dirhams per night for an extra bed, something unheard of anywhere in abu dhabi at a 5-star hotel (how is this hotel registered)

the evening at check-in is very crowded, the elevators did not work on the first day because it rained and the electrical installation was broken, very high prices for food and drink, limited breakfast as well as products, the air conditioning only works automatically, so it must be closed if you don't want to freeze at night, we have closed the entire room with fuses so that we actually defrost

almost all is ok especially the fact that they have informed us upon check in that as of the moment they are fixing some electrical issues so AC isn’t working for a few hours

there was a security deposit (IN CASH) that were NOT informed prior booking and they do not have ATM in the vicinity. it’s understandable if they will take security deposit PER PERSON who booked with them but they are taking it per number of rooms booked! that is crazy and absurd! amount of deposit is even more than the amount I paid in total for the 2 rooms! that money could have been used for other activities with my family while we are staying in the hotel

The amenities offered spa, Sauna,Pool and customer service are the best. Very friendly, will guide you and introduce you to use them on time of stay. That smile is priceless. Extra service such as salon as well, who managed to fix my hair on the day of my civil wedding. The Pool attendant Mr. PRABATH who assisted the guest well. To Mr. Ashraf managers in charge even gave us a complimentary after he found out we just got married and used the hotel as part of our New Life Journey as married couples. Now i know why all the people their are so accommodating because of a good leader like him to follow. Kudos to you, sir. 👏 keep it up.

When we checked in as i Booked for non smoking room. But we were given a smoking room which totally stinking when you enter the room. That you can't breathe due to the smell. So we went down and requested to change the room. But were informed, no available as all fully booked. But i asked why you didn't inform before we checked in? But he replied your not the one who will choose which room you will be placed. So i felt upset as 3 hours were driving to reach the hotel, and his approach was not okay. I remind him again that i mentioned that on my booking, and it was near the pool view, not road side view. Then he changed us, but theirs no remorse that he treated the guest that way. All the people when you enter the hotel are not trained in the proper customer service.

Excellent location, great buffet breakfasts, a good room service menu, very comfy beds and spacious room/bathroom with a wonderful shower. Large Carrefour supermarket a short walk away. Useful mini fridge in the room. Very quiet.

The wifi was patchy on the 8th floor and the decor was a bit worn in places in the bathroom and bedroom (crusty carpet with what looked like blood in one place!). Laundry was quite expensive. Hard to adjust the aircon to a cooler temperature. Lighting was quite dim.

Staff are very friendly and I did not have any issues with them. The room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is big and clean and prabath the lifeguard is very polite. Anil the person at the gates is also very helpful And always have a smile on his face.

I came in at around 9am, the check in time is at 2pm. It is off season so not too sure why they told me no rooms are available. I was told, I had to wait till 2pm before I could check in. The hotel did not seem that busy. The windows in my room seemed dirty. They clean the room very well but they need to clean the windows too. Also, this place is in an industrial area so not too many options in terms of food in walking distance. However this hotel is good with friendly staff and I would stay here again. I loved the swimming pool here.

We decided to stay here because it was close to the venue we had to attend. Stuff was extremely nice at every moment, the room was clean and big, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, with fresh omelettes made at the moment. Services in general were managed well.

When we checked in there were no towels of any kind in our room. We went to have dinner thinking they will provide them, but once we came back still nothing. I called the reception asking for them from 11 pm to 1 am, they kept saying they would send them right away but nothing came. In the morning, I had to go down to the reception myself to ask for towels AGAIN. They gave some to us and we could finally shower after a long journey.

It is a classy, classic luxury type hotel. It has a certain age, but for us this is enhancing it’s charm. The staff is very very kind and polite, the rooms are very big, bathrooms are huge, wi-fi is working perfect, breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices. The pool is great for lounging. For us, it was very close to the airport and very convenient for the stay between flights. We are returning, and for sure we would recommend it, because it has an amazing value for money.

The only thing that could we think could be improved - the bathroom products. You have more than expected - even toothbrush and toothpaste, and vanity kit. But for the shower gel and shampoos, it might be more fitting to have something of a better quality.

Great hotel i loved my stay there- ended up extending my stay there too. It's in a great location between the city centre and Yas Island where most of our activities were. We also had a car and parking was super convenient at the hotel. The room is very spacious with a decent view of the city and the hotel has all the facilities you would need from gym, pool, spa, bar, mini cold store, restaurants and more The staff were very nice and accommodating as well I saw people in the reviews complain about noise but there was none at all for us. There's a club on the first floor so maybe they stayed near there (our room was on the 4th floor)

The bathroom had a sewage smell, especially when taking a shower Their breakfast was good and delicious but there isn't a huge variety and they dont change it much. By day 4 we got tired of eating the same things.

Property was clean and spacious enough. Pools were clean and good. Breakfast was okay, not too many options but the ones available were good.

We were upgraded to Deluxe room with Pool view in our app, but we were offered King room with road view. We requested the front staff 2 times but they didn’t or weren’t interested to look into that matter. The lady in front desk (couldn’t notice her name but she was an african or so) had zero interest in hearing our request and all she said was “go speak to manager”. The manager seemed busy with another client and he asked us to wait 5 minutes, although we told him we had to be somewhere in 20 minutes and he didn’t finish the talks with his client and we had to leave outside. Even after we came back at night or the next day, noone even bothered to discuss the issue or to even apologize. Disappointed with the front desk staff.
