Our stay at the Westin was fantastic from start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Ansar with recommendations on what to do during our stay and Sunny who assisted us with everything from luggage to booking cabs and allowing us to use the facilities after our check-out. The room was spacious and luxurious with a great view of the golf range and the fabulous breakfast was exactly as it describes itself with a huge range of options to please everyone.

The pool was out of action but an alternative was made available at the adjacent golf club so it wasn't an issue at all

Beautiful building set in a gorgeous green location next to the golf course giving you views of open green land from every angle. The layout of the hotel gives you a sense of privacy, we stayed there and didn’t really notice many other guests there so felt like the whole hotel was run for us!

To be honest it was all wonderful, the only thing I would point out as a negative was that the pool was under maintenance and I have three young kids so even though they were allowed to use the nearby (literally 2mins away) golf course swimming facilities, they didn’t have a kids pool so we couldn’t really use it and enjoy.

Had a very nice time staying at VOGO. Lovely facilities and food. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly at Sacci restaurant. (Note: I have edited this review because when I checked out, Mr Elhabshy at the reception desk used my phone to write a review only praising himself, which you will probably notice when you check all of the other booking.com reviews. I respect his hustle but that's not a cool thing to do.)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with modern amenities that enhanced the overall comfort. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail in room design made it a pleasant retreat. The hotel's central location provided convenience, and the complimentary amenities added an extra touch of hospitality. A lovely, but short stay. I was in Abu Dhabi on business and it suited me down to the ground. Very good price for such a good hotel, superb grounds and a lovely hotel. It was very quiet there (mid January) and the reception upgraded my room. I had a lovely big room, very comfortable and overlooking the beautiful golf course. The bar and restaurant service was superb, as was the pool and the golf club. Staff were super friendly and I highly recommend the place.

The gym was closed, which I did want to use

Great rooms and hotel staff thankfully fulfilled my request to get the interconnecting rooms. Even they gave me a free upgrade with which we were in the ground floor with a private garden of sorts in the sit out and direct access to the golf course from there. We stayed in rooms 118 and 119 (These are interconnected rooms if you are looking for such rooms). Pool was excellent with lifeguards available all the time.

The dinner and breakfast (we took the half board option) was at the 'Fairways' restaurant. The staff were incredible but I would have thought the spread of the food could have been much extensive considering Westin is one of the top hotels under Marriot. So there is room for improvement as far as I am concerned.

Breakfast was really good, excellent selection to suit everyone’s tastes, cereals, fresh fruits, full English breakfast, eggs cooked to your liking, Indian and Japanese cuisine also on offer, as well as local foods. Staff and customer service excellent, well done Westin

Slight hiccup the bath pop up waste didn’t work hence the bath not able to fill, so my wife had to use the shower all the time, room 141

Very clean, wonderful staff who were very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a very very early music event in the property one morning and I didn’t know this when I booked. On returning to my room after a late day working there was a letter with information regarding the following morning, so not much warning or any earplugs!

Facilities and staff friendliness. Breakfast had a lot of variety and food was fresh. The Westin is one of those hotels who started on the right foot, I remember I stayed about 10 years ago and everything still looks vivid, well maintained and fresh. EV charging options were a pleasant surprise. Rooms have plenty of space, they are clean lots of storage.

Midnight room service burger was bit average and one of the two dessert options were unavailable - just minor flaws.

The whole stuff was just so perfect starting with welcoming luggage organizers to the most beautiful easy supportive receptionists who have been so successful at making the checking process so smooth and efficient that the customer is so happy and 100% satisfied and pleased with the delightful experience. Honestly it was my first experience with a such great resort. Thank you all ❤️
