the territory arrangement looks great, beautifull swimming pools and bars. The color of water has pleasant blue turquise color and windows facing the landscape and view.

Old furniture and no climate control, just aged A/C s, loud and making cold or hot.

After some initial problems with communication the team at the hotel looked after us. A special shout out goes to Jeff at the front desk. I have stayed here a few times and like this hotel, and the New Years Gala Dinner was very good. Although the majority of guests were Russian and so the music from the DJ reflected that, we still enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious and plentiful food.

Initially the events team didn’t respond to emails about the New Years Gala Dinner. We called and were given the wrong prices but the hotel honoured a discount. When ordering a bedroom for three people a third bed isn’t included so we had to pay extra. This is an issue with the child age shown on Booking.Com as it doesn’t match the hotel. The bed wasn’t in the room when we first arrived (we were early to be honest) but it took several hours to get it delivered despite asking three times and being told it would arrive in ‘15 minutes’. The service in the bar cafe was awful, the team seemed new and were completely disorganised. However the food was delicious!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel that boasted a breathtaking view of the sea from the rooms. The beach was exceptionally cozy and inviting, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. One of the highlights was the convenient access from the rooms directly to the beach, making it effortless to enjoy the seaside. The service was commendable, especially the front desk assistance by Jeff and the room service by Sapun, both of whom were outstanding in their roles.

Food variance and quality was acceptable at the hotel, however, I did find the prices somewhat expensive. Additionally, I noticed a lack of fresh juice options, which could have added to the overall dining experience.

The room was perfect, it was facing the beach, the room size were good too

Breakfast is good, missing some major items like hash brown potato and fruits. Dinner mostly is outstanding. Service is excellent. People mostly nice and helpful. Very generous management. Close rooms to swimming pools. Clean beatch.. Nice night activities

Closing some pools for no reason. Pools temperatures are low. Some life gurads are not cool at all. Closing close parking for no reason. Kids club needs major maintenance. No water games area.

It was my second time to go to this hotel on the 29th March 2023, that time with my extended family and they upgrade our room to a 2-bedroom suite. Staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating, special mention to: - Amir (Bellman) - Bharat (Bellman) - Azizul (Bellman) - Israel (Watersport staff) - Yousef (Reception Staff), - Bassam (Reception Staff) They are all amazing and knows very well how serve and take good care of their guests. We are looking forward to our next stay in this hotel. Highly recommended place and experience (Beach, room, activities, more importantly the people. :-)

This has one of the best view in Fujairah, I had the best time just watching from the balcony, the sound of the waves, the sound of the kids enjoying the pool.. Our first night has loud music in the evening and it feels like you are in a big party and we love the overall positive vibes around. Thank you for giving us a room upgrade, our family loves it. I also want to thank the staffs, they are the best, they are all so respectful, helpful, attentive and friendly. This is very important to us because we experienced some bad vibes from the staffs in another hotel nearby. Overall we had a great out of town experience and we will definitely comeback.

We are not allowed for a late check out which is understandable, they are full and this did not affect our good experiences.

a well-maintained resort, with gorgeous views, amazing facilities, and excellent staff. We’ve had a fun staycation with the kids. I’m particularly impressed with the staff. All of them were very friendly and always made sure we had a great stay. The reception also upgraded our rooms so we can be comfortable, which we really appreciated, and I must especially mention the waiter at Masala Restaurant where we had dinner… he has been exemplary, recommending the best food for us and made sure my kids also enjoyed the meal.

The staff, starting from Maryam at the front desk, to Sarath, Debangshu, Alwin, Sunil & Sanoj - right UpTo the water sports guide, Mahmoud - were at their top game. Excellent service with care. Thank you.
