Location is amazing, right on the creek, with superb views. The creek boats (abras) which charge 1 dirham to go across to the other side are just opposite the hotel. The metro station is 5 minutes walk and the Naif market 10 minutes. Taxis are easy to get from the hotel as well. Breakfast was tasty and they had a fairly good selection, but the only fresh fruit was watermelon. Rooms are comfy but a bit small, I think they squeezed 4 beds into a 2 sleeper, but we managed - Those with longer stays may not. wifi was super quick

The towels provided in the room were less and the next day after cleaning, it was less again. A bit irritating when they know how many are occupying the room and you have to keep asking for the right amount of towels. Pillows were a bit too soft for our liking Our room a/c could only used on the coldest setting and could not be adjusted, so we had to keep putting it off and on. I think it made us a bit sick because it was too cold. The rooftop pool closes at 6pm which is a shame as you are forced to swim during the heat of the day and cannot use it in the cooler evening hours, this is big oversight from management

Good location and nice view from room. room clean and spacious specially house keeping staff Mr. Arafat he is very nice and humble .

I didn't like about the behaviour the pool attendent staff Mr john he is very rude. specially he didn't know how behave with the children. he always busy with his mobile and misbehave with the visitors.

My stay at Best Western Plus in Dubai was truly enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could need, and these were replenished daily without fail. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel’s location is its standout feature—just a few minutes from the metro station, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops, with a vibrant atmosphere that lasted past midnight. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and both check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Additionally, the rooftop view was breathtaking, adding a special touch to the overall experience.

The only downside of my stay was the elevators. There were frequent delays, with wait times of 5-7 minutes being common, which was frustrating. Out of the three elevators, one appeared to have technical issues, as it would beep and refuse to move with just four people inside. This inconvenience, though minor compared to everything else the hotel offers, was something that could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

great location. accessible to creek and other attractions. the staffs are also very friendly and i love the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms as well. Overall great service. Would definitely recommend. Just one thing to be considered - the food menu needs to change from time to time. specially the breakfast buffet

Its the 8th time am booking with Best Western and each time the food is the same. I choose this hotel for its accessibility to my work area and breakfast has been constantly the same each and every time. Without even looking at the menu i can already guess what we will be getting for breakfast.

I returned to this hotel again...so last time was there was back in 2017 and honestly 7 years passed and the hotel would need some investment... Otherwise from my point of view the location is TOP, close to Creek, close to metro station, souk, with shop behind the corner and Shiraz nights restaurant just 2 minute walk away, where you can eat really good for reeasonable price. The team was friendly at the reception and room attendant Rajesh tried to do his best. Absolutely TOP price performance choice.

The owner should refurbish little bit the facilities...

I liked the hotel's location. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and any request made to reception or housekeeping was promptly attended to. The hotel is conveniently situated, with an enjoyable walk to the other side of the road leading to a short Abra ride to Dubai's Old Souq and Al Fahidi. It’s also within close proximity to the Souq and not too far from New Dubai. Let’s not forget the stunning room view and the breathtaking rooftop scenery of the Dubai skyline.

The elevator was slow. For a room accommodating three people, I would expect the reception to provide at least two access cards, as each of us might need independent access.

The location is very ideal and has a really good view

The staff especially Mr John who is responsible for the gym and swimming pool section. He is extremely rude, I asked him for a plastic glass in the gym since all the glasses were already used. His response was, “Drink from what’s there, if there’s no clean glass then I don’t have and throw away the glasses that are there”. That’s suppose to be his job to make sure everything is in place and in order. Extremely rude and unhappy. There was WiFi issue, we addressed the hotel and they helped us change the room however it was still very slow. I suggest the hotel should get the wifi sorted.

Room was very clean the room attendants especially Mr Arsalan Khan were very friendly and knew his job. Also the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I would come back to this hotel.

There is need to be attending to the lifts as at some points the lifts could only carry a few guests and start indicating full. It was inconveniencing were you had to wait for a lift for a couple of minutes

I like my room ,very big and beautifull, barcony very big , and the buffe also good and pocket friendly, and all the staffs are friendly ,jimmy and mr john thank you plus all the cleaners did a grate job.

The suana room is not clean, the welcoming area needs renovation

The location of Best Western Plus Creek was great as its bang on Deira and close to shopping traffic. Facilities were very good as well. I want to also stress how helpful staff were, in particular Nassir from their reception who was especially approachable, friendly and knowledgable about the city. There was another fantastic gentleman who was manning their main entrance and helping with taking bags to rooms and on more than one occasion he responded to my queries about the city with very helpful comments. I did not get a a chance to ask him his name but he was from Africa. Overall, I really cant recommend the place enough, they deliver a very good and affordable stay in Dubai.
