Travelled from the UK and stayed at Riveria for 10 nights. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and cleaned everyday. Reception lady and Mr Waleed were always welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice both Ahmed's in restaurant provided exceptional service. I express my sincere thanks to all staff who were outstanding thank you for your kind hospitality. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice clean large rooms. Good food at hotel and streets around. Hop on hop off bus stop opposite hotel. Short walk to Banyanis Square metro stop.

Breakfast was amazing, great selection. Located Riverside and a short boat trip to the markets. A lot to explore locally also.

View from the room, staff, breakfast, room had two separate rooms so we could turn on ac in one meanwhile remaining in the other.

The shower. Almost impossible to use for a shorter person - the height of the shower is not adjustable so there is no way for a shorter person to adjust the water for needed temperature without getting wet with either too hot or too cold water. Also it's too easy to flood the shower by hanging the shower head pouring some water on the wall. The water then runs around the tub straight on the floor.

This is my second stay in this hotel which means definitely I like the place. Th staff are very friendly and open to help guests at all time. Whenever come from out side of meet any of them they just greet with respect and ask if we needed any help. Almost each day I received call from front desk asking if I needed any help or how am i doing. They are simply amazing I felt like I'm in home it's really remarkable. In terms of facility they have a gym and a great restaurant. The location is simply very good for those who visit for shopping experiences in Dubai. The place is located near port and souk area so easy access to wholesalers.

Breathtaking view on the creek and shipping activities. A stone-throw from restaurants shopping malls and souks. Food was sublime along with a caring and helpful staff. Special mention for the receptionist Mr. Abedalrahman for his hospitality and commitment in easing our stay. A big thank you to the staff in charge of the waiting room with antiques. He did his utmost to cater for my needs while I was in a bad condition after a long flight. The vintage items at the entrance of the restaurant are eye catching. All these make the Riviera unique and highly recommended.
