was only a short 1 day trip.i got a small room on promotion.but the room was good,very clean and comfortable.Its not a recent hotel and had some wear and tear but mostly in the bathroom but nothing to put me off.hot water was prompt,bed was comfortable and spacious for all my luggage.wardrobe was big although i didnt need it this time,had a small fridge that worked,complimentary water.Next to creek and few minutes toi Baniyas metro,few steps to Day to Day which opens 24hrs.many eateries around.The staff were very pleasant.Theres even a spa and happy hours on one of those floors.Spa open until 3am.I REQUESTED FOR WAKE UP CALL AN WAS ON THE DOT.TAXI COMES TO HOTEL. will stay again!

I love staying at Carlton Tower Hotel every time I spend a few days in Dubai due to its excellent location, great pool, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. On my recent visit I was offered – and enjoyed - a nicely appointed, freshly renovated and quiet room with a fabulous view of Dubai Creek and the city beyond. My heartfelt thanks to Ms May at reception for her exceptionally welcoming approach and to housekeeping, restaurant and pool staff for their friendly and helpful service. I highly recommend Carton Tower Hotel with its perfect location on Dubai Creek and only a short walk from the Baniyas Square Metro Station (easy connection to the airport and all the top spots). I also love the large pool with its pleasant leisure area overlooking Dubai Creek. The hotel is a short distance from the exciting Deira souqs and the abra station, from where you can catch a small boat across Dubai Creek to the beautiful historical area on the other side. There are several supermarkets and eateries nearby. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and is excellent value overall.

This is my fourth times in this hotel and I have never written review but this time I really really would like to appreciate and say thank you to Mr.Shine for his excellent service , super polite and handsome as well. Because of him , I will come back to this hotel again ! And I got the room on the 10 floor which are fully renovated and super cool inside decoration , it amazed me totally different . I recommend this hotel because there are very friendly staff like Mr.Shine and the new rooms , it’s value for its money !

House keeping should provide better service , Every time late service

Highly appreciated to reception , specially Mr.Shine for giving us best service and the smile whenever we see him in the night which made our days happier the best of the best staff ever . Also the breakfast was so delicious and the staff there were also very respectful .The room is nicely clean as well . Overall I highly suggest to this hotel because it’s value for the money and it has a very nice location along with river .

The room key needed to activate everyday , we had to go up and go down again and again .

This was my first time in Dubai , honestly when I first arrived the hotel , it looks pretty old so I underestimated but when I entered inside there was a young boy receptionist named Mr.Shine , he was so active , nice talking and I was impressive, I didn’t expect that openly ! Then he gave me the room which has a very nice view of the river and I would properly say that this is the heart of Dubai. So , I was so delighted because of this young man receptionist and I would be back next time again. Keep the Good Work Mr.Shine , we thank you for everything.

Room service was quite good, Breakfast was really good. Staff was very positive and helpful. Location was adequately good

Fitness center quality was not good, not good ventilation, No water, no towels, Timing was fixed from 0900-1800 which is not convenient, as a visitor one is touring city during this time. Moreover the staff at fitness center was quite unhelpful

The hotel have been renovated, the day and night duty supervisors are helpful, the location of the location of hotel is perfect closed enough to shopping centres , restaurants, inside the baniyas Square. Everything in the hotel is perfect.

Only the Wi-Fi network is not secured, the hotel should improve the network in all places.

This is my second time to stay at Carlton Towers Deira since 2018, Honestly the services are so amazing. I booked a Deluxe Room but found Hotel was full i was upgraded to a Suite room. I have loved every moment of my stay and i promise to always come back. Special thanks to the Front office team Salah and May, Engineering team most especially Dawood for their dedicated services. They made sure my stay is awesome and wonderful. Thank you so much
