Everything except the parking. I was promised a car space with access card which has not available. I have asked them to provide access card but it’s not forthcoming. They are asking me to pay 50 dirhams per day for valet and they said they will refund but this is not convenient and the valet want to charge me 50 dirhams each time. The QStay team need to come here and purchase another access card immediately it only takes an hour!!!

Great location . The property is in a strategic location. The metro station is right outside the property which is great from a accessibility perspective. Clean apartments and spacious. Has all the basic necessities required. Good kitchen and had laundry room. I would definitely suggest this property.

Nothing special about the place except that it’s super close to the exhibition and quite spacious with no complaints to the amenities as well Of course there has to be something done with the beds and sofas (couches). Too old and could feel the springs inside screaming for help, if there were any left to do so lol But like I said, if you want a place that’s near the world trade centre and want some space with a luxury of basic kitchen, there would be no better place than this I would definitely come back to this apartment on my next visit I will make my peace with the couches and bed and choose once again~ ;p

The apartment was really great with plenty of space, including a comfortable kitchen suitable for family cooking, especially as it holds a full set of cooking equipment and plates. Double bathrooms, both equipped with a thumb make a big difference for the family. The TV is connected to the internet and can access YouTube, Netflix, and others. Lastly, the staff is always smiling and reactive to any demand.

Both bathroom ventilation was not working, turning the bathrooms into saunas, but the most troublesome was the noise. We had an apartment on the main roadside, with the subway too. It was a great view, but even with the windows closed, the noise was still loud. It would really gain with upgrading the windows.

breakfast options were not clearly mentioned during the booking process the housekeeping staff needs to be trained regarding cleanliness and hygiene. I had booked three apartments and we were having breakfast at one apartment. I thought that we had made their work easier as instead of cleaning three kitchens they would do only one but the washing dishes and cleaning services were really bad. the next day when we wanted to reuse the crockery food was still on it dried out which is so unhygienic we had to wash all the dishes again. kindly guide them accordingly

A budget stay literally besides the World Trade Center of Dubai, so close to the Museum of Tomorrow and also a small ride from Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was surprisingly good, nothing too fancy. But just be aware that it's an old building compared to many others in the city, so it's nothing fancy about it. But for a budget visit/stay/tourism it seems perfectly fine.

The air conditioning is an old centralized system, that sometimes don't work as well as planned. Also the bathroom have lights outside of it, what I thought a little odd considering the apartments are normally for a group of people. Also there're good and very helpful people on the staff, but in the lobby/reception, there're some members of the staff that are not that nice and helpful.

It's like my 2nd home but smoking in pool area near to the club bar is annoying and preventing us from enjoying the good weather and the view .

The breakfast should be included when the price per night is more than DH 600 . Also windows sound prof system should be mounted to the apartments facing the Exhibition area where the main generator is so noisy . water Kettles and steam irons need to have extra attention by housekeeping to make it clean and free of water rusts on bottom.

didn’t like about the stuff The lady sits in the front desk give weird look and then there’s a guy try to stop my guest coming to my apartment give me a very difficult time I don’t like about it how can he stop my guest they need to teach their staff how to respect their guest they were literally fighting with me making argument about my guest he said the outside visitors not allowed I was like let me see where it’s posted no visitors are allowed

The hotel is well located next to a metro station, and some food providers, and a small supermarket that sufficed for basics. The room was expansive, with a lounge, dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, the adjoining room also had a bathroom and a table with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The main kitchen was furnished basically. Overall it was a super quiet location, good for light sleepers.

a tea towel and dish washing detergent would be our only wishlist items - so nothing that was a big problem at all.

Basic clean room with a fridge and microwave. I was staying with my mum, the room was booked with a king sized bed (was no other option upon booking), however at check-in we were asked if we´d like the beds to be separated and it was done very quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very close to the metro stop, short walk to the Museum of the Future, two metro stops from Burj Kalifa and Dubai Mall. Early morning we took a taxi to the airport, that cost us 40AED. Hotel has a lovely pool and jacuzzi area with the bar.
