A good room was provided with Sheikh Zayed road view also a slide view of Dubai Future Museum. The bed was Comfy, tea, and coffee were provided. The good thing was that the water bottles were provided upon all requests. A complimentary delicious chocolate cake was arranged in the room as we checked in to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thanks to Kathline (Bloom), in-room dining and chef. Kathline was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a selection of varieties. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The parking was outdoor and there was no valet parking service provided. We experienced a considerable delay in room service (HK). We asked for bathroom cleaning at 7:30Pm and until 12:30am was not done. The bathroom was a bit outdated and no telephone shower.

Hotel is central located, close to the metro station and in front of museum of future. All staff members are kind, helpful and always willing to do more than expected. Special thanks to Ritvik, who helped me patiently when my booking was not correct. He even went out of way to show different room options they have in the hotel. Breakfast is amazing with options from around the world. Choices the breakfast are mind blowing, you are confused what to choose. Valet service is excellent with staff making sure you stay in Arco till they get your car. Overall, highly impressed by the hotel, it’s staff and services. It’s value for money we have paid.

It’s old building but if you renovate to the present time will look marvelous. Rooms are really old styled, wall Parker’s are coming off, floors broken. However, staff do their best to make your stay better with extra services such as extra cleaning. Television does not work in the room, looks very old TV which are hardly used these days. However, compared to hotels I have stayed in London this is still good one for the price we have paid. We really enjoyed our stay here.

amazing location, opposite side of The Future Museum. we got an upgrade to a family suite -

our bed was queen size- so our kids won't fit with us; i asked for an extra foam/bed so we can use in the floor. they can't use the cot because my baby is breastfeeding. the reception promised to send us one- how many times I called them & the housekeeping, they said they will bring. Until it's already 11pm, I called again, a bit upset, the housekeeping said they need to charge us with 200aed for extra bed. They should have explained it earlier so we can decide for the arrangement and not gave us false hope.

The view from the room was fantastic, we also received a lovely fruit bowl and some biscuits as a welcome which was much appreciated.

The interiors were cute with the hideaway kitchen however overall the furniture and aesthetic could be updated. But other than that it was lovely.

The service was excellent and the courtesy shown by all the staff was excellent. Like to say a very special thanks to Phillip for his outstanding and efficient customer service, and going the 'extra mile" to ensure we were comfortable and our dietary needs were met. Philip was very knowledgeable regarding the hotel's current legislative practices around food health and safety and was also very proactive in arranging for additional vegetarian food choices to be cooked the next day. Thi Thi also displayed superb customer service skills, she was very polite, calm and certification efficient, ensuring that all food and beverages were served in a very timely manner Also as big shoutout to the chef Nawan who cooked a wide array of delicious continental and Asian dishes to perfection!! ( a range of Arabic flat breads, savoury dishes and dips, eg beetroot hummus and delicious desserts, mouse cakes, and Indian creamy sweets!! Rohit and Salma were equally good in showing professional and customer service support. We will definitely return to this place!!

The bathroom could do with some refurbishment as there are signs of deterioration.

I would at first thank Booking and all the staff at Millenium Plaza downtown. I arrived on a Friday to Saturday night. I basked in the room. Upon entering I smelled an extreme musty smell. Unfortunately the room was very humid due to the air conditioning. The receptionist told you they didn't have another room. The next morning I noticed that even though I had turned off the air conditioning, everything was still damp. Then I went to the reseption and said I was leaving the hotel. They gave me a new room. The room didn't smell but still damp. In the meantime I spoke to Booking and they were really helpful. Then I packed my bags again and wanted to left the hotel in the evening after my visit to the gulfood fair. All of the employees at millenium are really very helpful. I got a call from a lady named Ron from Guest Relations. This woman is a power woman so friendly helpful and she definitely knows how to do a job right. She asked me to show me a room one last time. With such friendliness, this lady would have been never refused. She immediately organized a suit for me. She made sure that I could open the window and send me electrician Suma who put an additional heater in front of my bed. The whole hotel staff ask me everytime because I was traveling alone and was constantly asking. if I need something. Unfortunately I can't remember any names. I would like to thank everyone again especially Ron, Quasim, Suma, Manu (at the entrance to the hotel I hope I spelled his name correctly. The last thing I need to emphasize again Ron is just wonderfully professional and honest Lady. I will come back next year and my business partners will recommend their hotel, although hopefully when Ron is still there. Thank you again.

What I liked about my stay was that the lounge was very convenient and comfortable to go to. Phillip who was working there was exceptional and a great asset to your hotel. Ron as well was excellent at resolving some issues I had with changing rooms. Concierge staff were excellent too. Room service burger was wonderful and arrived very fast. Water bottles are abundant and regular stocked as well. Overall was a good stay.

What I didn't like was that breakfast downstairs was over crowded but the staff were continually trying to assist guests to find places to sit. There was one morning when there was extremely loud drilling noise for a few hours. There are no toothbrushes in rooms unless you ask for them and there are no shoe horns as well.

The Staff- OMG excellent very helpful and awesome, especially the Front office - Mr. Douglus , made us feel at home, treated the guests with aplomb. We were booked with the Club room options, so had a choice to have breakfast in their lounge or their Main Restaurant Al Dana. The Lounge spread is very limited and caters mainly to Non Veg people. The Al Dana restaurant on the other hand is the main Breakfast centre and as such has a very vast spread for both Vegetarians as well as Non Veg personnel.

The Breakfast at their Lounge, limited spread limited staff, very high waiting time , for order to be delivered, extremely limited choice for people prefering a Veg breakfast.

Millennium plaza downtown dubai is a very beautiful hotel in a very nice location I love it,staff are always nice,they welcome customers with beautiful smile they are so welcoming 🙏

My review from crowne plaza and now millennium plaza downtown First there is a very unpleasant smell in the pillows I don't know if it's was in my room alone or in all rooms,I literally didn't like that smell...secondly there use to be bathrobes in cupboards but not there anymore...the home bar use to be full of drinks and chocolates but not there anymore...if look in to it....the hotel use to have a very nice smell I mean the air freshener was perfect from the reception till inside the rooms but nolonger there...
