The receptionist team (Hussein and Kailin) provided excellent service. We were given complimentary room upgrade and early check in (although we went straight to Wild Wadi after leaving our luggage in our room). You will get free Wild Wadi entrance tickets for your group if you stay here. Definitely a must to stay here if you plan to visit Wild Wadi. The rooms are very spacious (Our unit has two floors: living, dining, kitchen on first floor and all bed rooms on second floor). We also received complimentary welcome snacks in the form of dates, chocolates bars, and pringles, thank you ! During our trip in UAE, we stayed at: DoubleTree Hilton, Movenpick, Avani, Atlantis and I can easily tell you that this accommodation is the best in term of value for money and service.

The lightnings in the corridor outside of rooms were very dim. It made the environment feel a little bit spooky at night. It would be nice if it was brighter.

- Children playground was nice and maintain - The staff are very friendly and helpfull - Location in Dubai isn't an issue really. No matter what hotel you take you will still rent a car or take a taxi to see different attractions - Complimentary water bottles really helped us facing the heat outside.

- Breakfast was disappointing - The room had a musty smell

the property vey clean and quite. the stuff are so amazing and friendly. breakfast menu well organized and liked by kids. Restrount stuff is very nice and specially Anoma which she has very remarkable smile and welcoming. overall I recommend for safe family stay and my family like to come again. thanks

We chose to end our holiday at this accommodation, so arrived worn out by all the amazing things we had been doing, and were so pleased with the gallery two bedroom apartment on a high floor, the views are amazing and the apartment had everything we needed, the white goods in the kitchen top notch and generally not one complaint. We are travelling as a family and had been fairly cramped over the holiday and I wish I had found the accommodation earlier as the space is amazing and a real home away from home. With regards to location, taxi to the souk 22dirhams which is approximately £4.00, close to the metro for access to Dubai Mall and other areas, a short five/ten minute walk! The swimming pool on the roof top gives you outstanding views of the city. For the covid tests, we chose a clinic next to a metro station one up the line, which was easy to get to and also returned results perfectly way within the 24 hours stated. Part of the Jumeirah group so standard high, staff at reception, and staff in the restaurant for breakfast are professional and cannot do enough to help you! As we are travelling home late evening, the hotel have kindly allowed us a later check-out! A++++. will be coming again! Thank you to Jumeirah, this accommodation is a credit to you.

Huge rooms! Great view from the room! Sparkling clean. We had breakfast and dinner included which turned out to be almost like an all-inclusive deal. Warm pool on the roof with a great view. Tasty food. Room service! LOVED staying there.

The hotel is the best choice if you rent a car or get them call a taxi. If you want to use public transportation, it's a little bit walk to the station and there's no accessible route. We had a stroller and were struggling. Also the advertised access to the waterpark is questionable. The waterpark is on the opposite side of the city and it will take you more than an hour to get there. There's no shuttle, so you will fond yourself barely using this cool addon. We were able to go to the waterpark once!

Everything about this property was phenomenal. I’ve stayed in plenty 5 star hotels including ones in Dubai previously and nothing comes close to this accommodation. A special thanks to Emma, Julie Ann and Mathew for making my stay memorable. This was the best accommodation I’ve ever had with the best service. You get way more than what you pay for. We were given early check in as well as upgrade that exceeded all our expectations

Everything was phenomenal not a single complaint

We stayed at The Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence for 4 nights, I wish we'd stayed much longer! It was kept immaculately, our room was cleaned every day. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. We especially liked the roof top pool, amazing views, relaxing atmosphere and was lifeguarded. Good location, short taxi ride to get to popular places to visit plus free access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. A special mention for the restaurant. Lovely food, lots of choice for breakfast and excellent service, especially from Anil, what a gentleman and he is a credit to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Dubai on holiday.

The pre booked collection from the airport to the hotel was expensive, it would have been much cheaper to just get a taxi.

All was perfect

Everything! Having travelled to a number of countries I was blown away by the service. From the minute you enter the foyer you are treated like royalty. Emma, you are amazing! Thank you for the gifts and handwritten note. Yuzzal is the most wonderful concierge. Matthew and Amona (Club Lounge) are amazing and attentive in the restaurant. We loved the facilities. The room was exceptionally clean and even bigger than I imagined. Wish we stayed longer and cannot wait to be back.

Great, clean, and fancy facility, all staff are so welcoming, courteous, and genuinely keen to help, it may sound expensive but the value for money is great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with wonderful views. There is a mini mart next to the residence that caters for all needs until late hours. The small gift when leaving is a nixe gesture. We enjoyed staying in and would highly recommend it.
