HONEST , TO THE POINT COMMENTS: Staff ,Male ..Mainly Egyptian and Indian Managers ... frombreception, room service and dining were truly very thoughtful, attentive , kind and communicative and courteous . Exception Anastiya ...quite robotic woman .,unwilling to engage , not interested in PEOPLE ..seems . Spoils the front desk ethos ..sorry ..being in business myself Im being frank ! Training in PA required . The GYM very good indeed TECHNO and an all rounder ..used twice ...despite my fall...on the carpark outside H.P ....the result of which Gave me an opportunity to really experience the hotel and Staff closely from personalised contact . I was indoors for 2 days.only outing to the .hospital.in.an ambulance post my accident. (See Trip advisor review ..NikolaC.) Business area very pleasant behind the reception..cosy efficient Apple pcs , fast printer . Convenient for both Deira eating and The Creek..near metro Al Rigga . Ah..I like a blackout room..the windows poolside are huge and ..the CURTAINS fall about 6 inches above the floor ! CHECKIN 2 am..not good ..air con set to automatic thus blowing a gale. Light on phone flashed continally. No stopping Technical issues..DETAILS..but fastidious ! Lost 1.5 hours ! Pool adequate but concrete and no vegetation to beautify . Lift Schindler..bit slow to arrive and solicit Small points ..but improvements here would be nice .

Adminstration issue not solved yet And clear support, as they promise to refund one night to my account , now after 2 weeks I did not recieve my refund I booked through booking.com From 2/7/2022 suppose till 6/7/2022 , I already checked in in the accommodation And before I checked in I informed them that I had emergency check out one night before upon strong deal with Property adminstration during check in night, I informed them that I will not stay the whole 4 nights from 2/7/2022 till 6/7/2022 due to emergency reason in my country and I have to fly last night. they promised me to refund the last night to my card after 10 days !! till today I dis not recieve any refund please for you care and support

I never knew what to expect since i was changing hotel from my usual; i was not disappointed to say the least. The staff are very polite and they create a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, they are always willing to assist. From the entrance, i was assisted by Mr. Chandra, very kind man. I got much help also from Weener, the breakfast lady and the breakfast team, they were all very friendly and eating breakfast became a habit even though i am not a breakfast person. The best of them all is the cleaning lady Rita and Raquish. Those two practically became my family, they were more than help. I had double reservation, i could not change the room because i could not fantom another person cleaning my room (205). They were amazing, i doubt if they ever get angry. Hyatt Place Hotel is my new found land. When next i visit, I would love to have this same team, especially Rita. The location is great, close proximity to the metro, couldn't ask for more. I rate Hyatt Place a 10 on 10

That i had just 16 days. Wish i could stay longer. Also if the breakfast table could include other nationalities apart from the Asian continent, it will be much appreciated

the hotel received me well, the breakfast was good, room was cleaned daily. the view of my room was amazingly therapeutic. I loved the staff they were friendly and nice.

Only slight deviation for me was the cost advertised on booking,.com wasn't what i paid, it was higher, which set my budget back. when i inquired i was informed exchange rate for the hotel is different from the usual or regular rate. This can be destabilizing for guest, especially guest travelling on a budget like me.

We loved the comfortable room.It was spacious and well lit with natural light streaming in from huge glass windows overlooking the pool which was lovely. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. The timing was perfect from 6.30 to 10.30 am. The restaurant's seating was in sections which was quite comfortable. The live cooking chefs did a marvellous job- hardworking, quick and really cooperative. We asked for dosa but it was not available instead we had uttapam which we ate for the 1st time. I loved it and went for a second helping. It was accompanied by 2 different chutneys which was equally delicious. Apart from this they had an extensive variety of continental breakfast.

We had to ask for slippers, lotion and toothbrush and would have preferred if it was already present in the room. The swimming pool was amazing shower and towels on site. What put us off was the lenient attitude of the life guard who failed to remove a child who vomitted in the pool twice.Besides, the shower temperature setting could not be turned to hot as it was broken but since we only spent a night, we did not complain.

Facility was perfectly ok—very clean — except for the staff Mr Martin ( reception ) staff who do not treat me as a customer hesitant or not interested in assisting me and because I am Asian he prioritizes white visitors instead of assisting me and he even asks me to go the Mr Ayman who helps me out with all my inquiries until I can book the hotel

Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Place Hotel was quite positive. The staff members I encountered, such as Arjun (security staff), Aseer (support staff), Kabir (support staff), and Mohit (technical staff), were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Their attentiveness and helpfulness greatly enhanced my stay, and I appreciate their efforts in making me and my family feel comfortable. The breakfast provided at the hotel was enjoyable, and it seems that the hotel takes care to offer a good variety of options to cater to different preferences. Starting the day with a satisfying breakfast certainly adds value to the overall experience. The location of the hotel was mentioned as perfect, which indicates that it is conveniently situated. It's always a plus when a hotel is in a desirable location, as it allows guests to easily access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

The tail hidden have only his battings n****** show inside the sala or the rooms only tissue in the bathroom and also no not no pain like all the hotel so you want to write a message you want to send something you don't have anything that isside your room so this is my complain all the hotel he have a not you have a pain he have something to send it all the time you will be call that reception and price just only one room shell not going to be causes to her sometime it's costing 2007 time but this is one room is not a hall with the something so I hope about the one room you must things very well about it about the price this my opinion

My stay was good as the reception was good and I was very impressed with the development in the hotel, especially the room worker khusi jagaish and the worker yubraz for them. I thank them very much and I recommend staying in this good hotel

every thing is good

I booked a king suite. I was expecting to have some chilled water in there and some capsule coffee but none. The breakfast buffet was alright. I wanted hot chocolate but it was not on the buffet, one of the waiters Anish was there and prepared some hot chocolate as i requested and i am very much pleased with that. I love that they let me check out a little bit later at 1pm as well so i didn't have to rush.

I visited the pool befor 9am and was hoping to get some drinks coz i was planning to stay there briefly, i only saw the lifeguard on duty and nothing else, though i understand maybe nobody expects someone to be there on this kind of weather. It would have completed my stay if i was able to just chill for a moment with a can of soda. The TV was not a smart tv so i cannot connect my phone to watch my movies on the tv screen.
