The location is good, you can easily reach the metro station in 5 mins. Breakfast was good overall, partly adapted for European traditions, but all warm/hot dishes were Indian/Arabic cuisine. The staff was friendly and upgraded the room from deluxe to the suite for free (we didn't need it, but it was nice anyway). The bed was a super big and comfortable mattress. A lot of space inside, wide halls and high ceilings, lovely bathroom.

Also, I had a couple of questions for the cleaning team (I have found long black hairs in the bathroom and dirty marks on the bedding set). Cutlery and crockery in the kitchen were not enough to stay in at suite, but fine just to bite something on the go.

Special thanks to Barbara, who assisted us during our stay with any of our further enquiries, handled our luggage, booking taxi, etc. and to Shayan in the reception, who assisted us with our bookings. Easy to get confused with the two doors. The back door is facing the main road while the main entrance is on the opposite side hidden behind the main road. It's just something to be aware of if you have coming deliveries or ordering a ride.

My first impression was very good. The reception staff were exceptional. They allowed me to check in early after telling them I was unwell. Once I reach my room I was just as impressed, the room was modern, clean, with a fantastic bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Without going into details of the concern that I had, the hotel’s response was first class and more than made up for my disappointment and showed what true customer service is. Of course they will be times when guests are not happy but this is where the hotel are put to the test by way of customer service and their attitude in dealing with disgruntled guests I’d have to say I don’t think the hotel could have done more to compensate and make my situation any better and I would absolutely recommend staying here

Once you get your mind right and realise there is no such thing as a Full English, the fruit, cereal, yoghurt porridge etc was absolutely fine. Beans on toast was nice too :) Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. From amazing, detailed room cleaning to excellent chefs and restaurant staff. Pratik, Aliyar, Sinita, Sharuk Cedric were all noteworthy. The towel swan, (pictured), was housekeeping - I never got his name but wow, lovely, (Room 109).

After flying in from Qatar, had 3 nights to take in Dubai. Asiana was on the list but had not stayed here before. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of fittings, furniture & ambiance of the place. OMG the beds were just enormous with the most amazing super comfy pillows. Breakfast was spot on. Rajan was amazing at helping who suggested some good options for breakfast & cleaned up after us. Top man! Had to mention Qaiser who went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure we were ok with everything housekeeping wise. Great job Qaiser. Mahmoud dealt with us quickly & efficiently at the front desk when we checked in & out. We had some weird timings but Mahmoud seemed to always be there no mattet what time. When does this man sleep? Good job Mahmoud. And finally shout out to Ashok, front of house dealing with the taxis & luggage. What a team! Thanks for making the stay all the more enjoyable. See you again soon.

The only annoying thing to be honest, & I know it states this, is to pay in cash (preferable) a deposit at Check-In. You get this back at Check-out. Not many other places I stayed at have this policy.

A very new hotel (Jun-23, six month old) in the heart of Deira, close to a Metro station. A spectacular breakfast (huge variety and an excellent quality). 24 hour gym. In short, everying you can expect of a 5 star hotel. Even a very good service can be expected in a hotel of this category, a special recognition should be given to the team Muddasar, Alfoona and Mahmood. Whatever subject came up, they took care of right away - and - not only took care of it, they solved it to my full satisfaction. This team is - in a big part - responsible that my stay has been outstanding. Thanks a lot to them.

In this hotel nothing is unpleasant. It's an amazing and refreshing experience every single time. Hats off to Hotel's Management for achieving such remarkable success.

Always my wife's and I favorite spot. Cozy and calm. The staff are so welcoming and with great customer centric mindset, which reflects the effective leadership the hotel has in place. Rooms are very clean and special thanks to Qaiser who takes his job diligently as it shows in room tideness and cleanness. Special thanks to front desk Rame who is extremely polite with a great positive attitude. Thank you to all the great staff and hotel's management for making this place one of the greatest places in Dubai.

Room dining taking order service to be greatly enhanced. The person who takes the order is friendly and polite but unfortunately will keep repeating your order again and again till you become frustrated to a level you'd wish to cancel. After that he would call back again to reconfirm for the 10th time! Honestly so inconvenient but one thing I have learnt from my experience in this hotel is that Management take constructive feedback seriously and they take positive corrective actions. That's one of the key ingredients that makes this hotel better than most 5 star hotels in Dubai.
