location was good and very accesible. Also it is value for money when we booked. Staff are friendly except for the doorman i forgot his name we were unloading our luggage and he asked in a very rude manner if we are checked in.

Breakfast should change every day, not almost same on consecutive days. I think the restaurant can get a good renovation. More variety of food should be offered.

I requested them to refund this 196.56 AED but till now not happened They told me this is blocked by booking and it will be refunded soon. Location of the hotel near ample food options as well as close proximity (around 10 mins walk) to metro makes getting around much easier. Residences are large and spacious with ample room to move about comfortably.

The shower seemed to have a mind of its own with the flow reducing and increasing randomly. Something the maintenance staff should look into.

My overall stay at the hotel, the comfort I was provided with and most of all the check-in facilitation exceeded my expectation. I would really like you to keep up the good work. The staff who attended me at the time of check-in was very kind and kind-hearted. You need such people in this business.

The breakfast served everyday was more or less the same. I always stayed here and a lot of different variety was available at the breakfast e.g. French toast, different juice everyday, Nutella, waffles etc. but now it's the same. Also you should at least allow guests travelling with cats in apartments if not rooms. this will increase your number of guests and popularity even more.

overall i got beyond my expectation staff was very helpful, specially Mr ILYAZ in front office he was very much kind & helpful he is very professional in his work on arrival within minutes he arranged the room as my children were tired they cannot wait for long. i was expecting at least 30 minutes to allot the room but ilyaz made it so fast we were happy. your security staff is also very kind in arranging us Taxi all the times, even they used to call from their mobile to arrange us the taxi specially i dont remember his name one person from Nepal working as security in this hotel he was having his duty in the night when i travelled he helped me arranging the taxi at around 12:30 in the night.

changing the lift from first from to third floor for residences. every time we have to go to first floor and again go back side to to change the lift for 3rd floor lift for residence. please send me the hyatt membership card so that i can use for my future stays around the world.

Hyatt Place Al Rigga is our preferred accommodation whenever we visit the side of old Dubai. Why? 1. The location - it's near everything we want to visit in Old Dubai. 2. Rooms - We prefer the residence part where 2 bedroom type is available. Very convenient for families. 3. Kitchen and laundry facilities - cutlery, pans and pots and washing machine available. Great for long stays. 4. Staff - they always makes us feel welcomed. 5. Housekeeping - always respectful, helpful and prompt. Notes: - There's so many groceries nearby as well as restaurants. Hotel location is also well-known to any Delivery service. - The Rigga train station can be reached by walking. - Taxis are available if you prefer not to walk because of the summer heat. - There's ATM machine in the lobby area. - Massage/Spa/Salon is also available in hotel with discount offers for checked-in guests. -- Special mention to Ms. Cian during our stay. She's very helpful and delightful to deal with. Also to the housekeeping team, fast services even during wee hours.

Not that I don't like but I should always remember to put a note that to put us on non-smoking floor/room. Best to put your preference during booking and reiterate to the Guest relation desk when checking in. They will always try to help.
