The property was a little outdated but the rooms were very spacious The staff especially Syed and the young guy at the door were amazing. Very helpful and always with a smile on their face They went out of their way to support us This time we wanted to use the metro which was a great experience and we got to see amazing places in dubai for a fraction of the price The metro was a 5 minute walk Download talabat for doorstep services Breakfast from Mumbaikar was fab

Staff were fabulous, polite and helpful. Nice restaurant on site. served a good breakfast, with good service. We also had pizza here. Couple of minutes from metro, although we used taxis called by hotel. We arrived by Uber from airport that was twice as expensive as taxi back to airport, so won't be using Uber again. Spacious clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice clean pool on roof. We arrived early in the morning, reception looked after our cases, they got us into our room inside an hour. Reception called taxis and booked our hop on hop off bus, also gave us a map and good information. Try Bait Al Mandi restaurant opposite hotel for traditional food, big portions and cheap.

There was insufficient kitchen utensils. We didn't cook so wasn't a problem for us. There was a fridge and coffee/sugar/creamer and a kettle, which was all we needed. No pans of any description, no knives, forks or teaspoons.

Whole staff is always smiling and very helpful. The room was spacious with a small kitchen with the necessary amenities. The hotel has 3 lifts, you never wait long for a lift. I liked the water pool with warm water on the roof and the finnish sauna. Room cleaning was excellent. For swimming we were visiting Al Mamzar beach park. There is a bus stop C15 close to hotel. This route to Al Mamzar takes only a few minutes longer than with taxi. With taxis we often stacked in traffic jams on return. It was a nice stay, we will certainly come back again.

Sketchy and dirty neighbourhood, Cleanliness could be improved, The dishes were not very clean, We cleaned the floor and toilet as they needed it, you could see it with the naked eye, Bathroom door has space for airing.. smell comes in the room..,

The first tangible sign you encounter when you return home, you get connected to the WIFI. This exactly what happened to me upon my arrival in Dubai when I was approaching the check-in desk of J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments. You don’t only feel at home emotionally, but technologically as well. Nothing is fancy about this place, but, definitely, comfort is a prominent feature. Hassan, Waleed, Helen, and the rest of their coworkers are the friendliest staff you can have in any hotel.

I like the location I like the hotel. It’s just like my home. All the stuff is very nice and differently. All stuff on front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Also the security guards that restaurant is nice. The location is very nice everything around me very near to airport.

I hope that all elevators take me to parking because I should not have to take the elevator to ground when the other elevator to parking is busy and wait for other elevator, take me from ground to parking

Great location - nearby the metro and also near to the airport. It was very vibrant at night, still not too loud outside the Hotel. Lots of restaurants and markets to explore. The Hotel itself was very clean and we had a spacious and comfortable room. The pool area at the rooftop was our favorite, including a finnish Sauna for permanent use! The staff at the pool was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is very good too, with a focus on local dishes. Also the breakfast times from 6:30-10:30, which allowed us to have breakfast on our last day before the flight. All in all a we had a perfect stay with very good value for the money.

Very little - a coffee machine for the breakfast could improve waiting times. Also, the mattrasses for the beds are maybe a bit too soft if you‘re having back pain…

J5 Rimal hotel apartments is one of recommended places to stay in Dubai given the location (10minutes away from the airport and abundant restaurant/food stalls options nearby). I couldn’t emphasise enough how impressed we are with the cleanliness of the room every time were coming back to the property after a long day of tour. Their staff are accommodating and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and wishing you a safe journey. They are exceptionally prompt with things you need and other queries.They are very thorough with checkout as well, which is a good thing, since we left in the room in a hurry and forgot some stuff at the closet. KUDOS TO THE WHOLE STAFF❤️

J5 Rimal is a wonderful place to stay in Dubai.. the location is so convenient.. near to everything.. Metro, Al Rigga, Supermarkets, Pharmacy.. the staff are the highlight point of this Hotel.. they're all so attentive and charming and helpful.. just to name a few... Mr. Sayed, Mr. Anas, Helen, Binish, Gayan, Subin and Kevin... the rooms are so neat, big and well maintained. I had stayed in J5 Port Saeed last year and all I can say this chain of J5 Hotels are amongst the finest Hotels to stay in Dubai.

All the equipment in the hotel is a bit worn, shattered and dirty. Some places were not cleaned completely, but the overall impression was good. I can recommend this hotel.

During my stay, the pool was closed for its annual weekly service. There was no information about this when booking on booking.com.
