I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai, including Jumeriah Al Naseem, but Mandarine rooms are amazing, the staff are all very professional and well trained, club lounge is relaxing and fun, beach is clear and amazing, everything was super excellent with new advanced technology in the rooms and its located more on the private side of Jumeirah

The entire experience was memorable from start to finish. Each member of the hotel deserves a congratulation for their hospitality. When presented with the option for another MO stay we will not hesitate to book, thank you!

Beautiful property with excellent facilities.

No paper communication eg menus , hotel information. All had to be accessed online which in UAE is very expensive.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast options are out of this world. The staff were great and friendly. They went out of their way to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There is really nothing that we didn't like. The only comment i could make is the amount of time it took us to check in and thats because we didn't have early check in option and we got to the hotel earlier than our check in time and had to wait three hours to get our room. However, they offer us drinks at their lobby while waiting. Also there was construction happening at the hotel which was noisy and I wish we were notified of the situation.

Loved everything! The room was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfy. Pool area etc lovely and peaceful. Brunch at Tasca was amazing! Food at Netsu was great too. Would definitely recommend the club lounge access, the service was truly exceptional - some of the best we’ve had in Dubai (which is always high!). The food and drinks offered were really high quality and we loved it.

Our only (very minor!) niggle was that the table we were given at Netsu was in the smoky bar area upstairs (having booked it well in advance) but the restaurant did move us when we requested.

top Luxury hotel, but the most important is THE SERVICE The incredible Pool and Beach Team especially MANDEEP/ SUMANN/LINDA / OLEG - makes your day as comfortable as possible. If you want to go to Dubai and relax - Mandarin with it's hospitality is THE BEST CHOICE

We had a fantastic experience staying at the MO for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful when communicating with me prior to our arrival and helping me with very last minute requests, such as organising a birthday surprise for my sister who was also staying in the hotel. To our surprise we also got a multitude of wonderful treats to congratulate us on our honeymoon upon our arrival which was extremely kind and much appreciated. Our room had club access and I cannot recommend it enough: the food, the view, the ambience, the service - all amazing! Overall, we loved our stay: the room was incredible, so spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and huge(you can get lost in it). Everything in the room is state of the art and well thought through. Even the bathtubs are spectacularly comfortable. The food is incredible in most outlets of the hotel, although we didn’t love the Netsu, but Tasca is very good. And the pastries shop in the lobby-to die for! All in all - best property we have stayed in in Dubai.

Beautiful! So stunning. The lady (I’m so sorry I misplaced your card) who runs the club is amazing. The club is sooo nice. The afternoon tea is great and so are the canapés and cocktails - we didn’t even need dinner afterwards. I loved it so much. The cake! The cakes at breakfast were amazing!! Much better than the Atlantis. The roof pool is great. The mocktails at the pool were really good - also better than the Royal. The room is stunning - also nicer than the Atlantis Royal IMO. The presents on arrival and checkout! Such a lovely nice touch - was truly impressed and will come back even just for the cake.

No hotel “bar” - you can sit in the restaurant and have a drink but that’s a bit odd. We got some funny looks when we went up stairs to the pool on the roof in our swim clothes. The view from the beach isn’t as good as further down Jumeirah.
