The staff were extremely friendly. The ladies in the club lounge were exceptional and the concierge went the extra mile to help me order and have deliveries made. The staff were just always so nice. The club lounge served a variety of foods at each meal (except breakfast). The food was very good and I wished happy hour lasted longer. The lounge equally had a business center providing access to a computer and printer. Located right at the foot of the financial center metro stop, the hotel is perfectly located.

I chose a smoking room but there was so little ventilation in the room. Even for a smoker, it wasn’t great. I found myself smoking in the bathroom with a closed door just to maintain some breathable air in the room. The swimming pool is in an adjacent building which wasn’t very convenient. And the price of a 500ml bottle of water was just extreme at 18Dh! That’s 6 times the amount of others rest

1st thing 1st location was amazing. Financial Centre Metro Station is apx 3 mins by walking and after 1 station you're in a Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa. Staff were nice. Breakfast was yummy and it was super fresh. Only issue for my stomach was the oil. I think that lady who is cooking fresh scrambled egg is using coconut oil and sadly it touched my stomach. My room was in 19th floor and I was in love with my room.

The main issue was the sounds... In my room there were 2 additional room that belonged not my room but two other room. And I heard a lot of sounds :D You mean what I mean. Even if someone speaks something the sounds were inside my room. It was not a big deal for me cause I came to my room for a nap and went to explore the city but if you're with your partner just keep in mind that sounds could disturb your neighbour. :D

The staff were exceptional. From the moment, I arrived until I left. There was nothing that was too much trouble and every single member of staff always greeted me with a smile, making sure I enjoyed my stay.

The room I was allocated had amazing features like the balcony type window overlooking the city and lovely tea and coffee facilities available as well as quality toiletries. However, the room and the corridor/lift lobby area had a distinctive smoky wooden scent that wasn't to my taste. You had to be very patient when using the lifts as they got full quite quickly and took a while to arrive, especially on the higher floors. The trek to the pool, although doable, was not enjoyable, especially as the indoor walkway was closed. Lastly, the delay in receiving food at the pool/elevate bar meant you were ravenous when eating the food, so the good quality of the food became secondary.

I was impressed by the value for money. The hotel is perfectly located in DIFC, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff in all the hotel's facilities are perfect and all restaurants offer and serve high quality meals. The check-in and check-out experiences were extremely easy and smooth. The gym clean and with the right equipment located right next to the pool where you can enjoy a healthy meal after the workout. Special mention goes to room service as it is offered throughout the day without putting pressure on the guest to leave the room at a specific time.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn't like. The hotel really passed all expectations I had.

Staff there was super nice and helpful, I felt very at home and welcomed! Room is spacious and clean too, and food there is fantastic! They had several vegan and vegetarian options on the room service menu which I really appreciated :)

The walls between rooms are SUPER thin, I could hear pretty much everything (from word to word) from the next room :(

I took a night flight to Dubai and got to Towers Rotana very early in the morning. I didn't expect that I could checkin early. I was tired and I talked to Mr. Prashant Khadka (Front Desk Manager) if I could check-in early. My booked room was not available so Mr. Khadka offered me an upgrade with a reasonable amount of money and I could also check-in as early as 8am. This support really made me happy and I got a good upgrade room, took a rest and enjoyed. I will come back Towers Rotana in my next trips

Breakfast is not as good as before. Now the cost for breakfast is still high but the foods are not diversified. I think Hotel should be back to the time before, as I remember that I enjoy the breakfast at Towers Rotana most

The breakfast was very good, many kinds of food, hot and cold, drinks and fruit, spices and sweets, good service and free tables. The room is large and has some kind of extra bed on half a balcony ! I had a difficulty climbing into the bath tub and would like better a shower cabin, but that's my personal problem. There were many facilities like iron and board and minibar, bottles of water free of charge, 2 large and comfortable beds.

The bathroom was vey clean and many facilities, but without hair dryer fan. I did not like the towels.

Breakfast experience horrendous. Long wait to get into room and get a table. Stressful experience. Too crowded. Bumping into people all the time. Didn’t even queue for omelettes and eggs as too long a way. Never been in a hotel in all my life where getting a lift was so stressful. Stopped at virtually every floor from 23rd floor down. No idea why the hotel felt like this

Hotel staff were truly helpful. I arrived at 12:00 and despite the fact that official checking was 14:00 they managed to find me a room to check in early. Concierge have given me good advice on taxi and travel tips around town. The location is excellent, the Financial Centre metro station is literally 3 min walk.

If you get one of the rooms facing the main road the noise is noticeable. I've stayed here for only one night so can't comment on the quality of other facilities ie. restaurant, swimming pool.
