I loved everything! Nothing to complain about. Food was delicious at breakfast, the facilities are brand new and clean, spa and indoor pool is fantastic! Everything was perfect! It was out first time in Dubai and now we want to come back and stay at this hotel again!desserts from Shai salon are delicious !!! Sarah from the Shai salon is very intelligent and professional! Beautiful green resort with plenty of space, nice sitting areas, spacious rooms, nice balcony. Our son enjoyed being in the kids room, which has plenty of space inside and outside, he got lots of attention and care wherever he was so we are happy. Great staff at the breakfast restaurant, attentive and professional. Good selection of food for breakfast as well

There is a construction going on in front of the sea view rooms, you can hear it when balcony doors are open, but the soundproof is very good, so it's quiet once closed.

1-They upgraded our rooms two steps up. 2-Attention to details is great 3-The two pools (one for families and one for adults) is great. The gradual depth and in pool shades are great. 4-The beach chairs are excellent quality 5-The beach is very clean 6-The staff are always available, very friendly and welcoming. 7-The rooms are spacious and tidy. 8-The kids club is wonderful. My 4-year-old daughter went there everyday of our stay and absolutely loved it, there were so many things to do there. Mary and Afnan were truly wonderful. 9-The business center is quiet and well equipped. 10-The whole experience was very relaxing and comforting.

I wish if the pool water was slightly warmer like the one in four seasons big island Hawaii.

One of the people working on the pool provided an unprecedented service in the hotel field for me and my sons, as he was informing us about all the marine activities and the available food, and he was very kind and his name is Aladdin

overall very nice place, friendly and helpful staff, uncomplicated with children super breakfast buffet with wonderful outside seating area Hotel surrounded by 5 excellent restaurants

Rooms are in terms of decoration not quite up to the Four season standard we know from other places (Taormina, Hongkong) Room cleaning can take more than an hour..... construction work in front of the beach a bit unpleasant Location is excellent

Staff were exceptional, quality of food was fantastic, concierge were the best I have ever come across. Mercury lounge, Sea Fu, Hendricks Bar were all best of the best. Breakfast excellent

Pricing of alcohol was ridiculously high For the first time in my life I had to call security because of a Loud party in the room next door at 3:00am. Security came, told them to be quiet ... which they did, but 15 minutes later it was back to party mode. Not good enough. General Manager came looking for me next morning to apologise - that was exceptional
