We already stayed in ALL leading hotels of Jumeirah. After our stay last week, we need to say this one of the Top 2, if not even the best one! Starting with a really comfortable early check in, there was - due to our early coming in the morning - prepared a small breakfast in our room! We never had had any similar welcome in any other hotel. Each evening was prepared a thermos flask with tea together with a small cake. The generall overall service was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast and food in all restaurants always tasty. And as the hight point the team staffs of the beach they presented for my wife flowers and a bottle of real champagne. Due the unexpected surprise my wife got goosebumps. Finally it was a very beautiful stay in a wonderful hotel with high motivated staffs.

This is my third time in the resort. Everything was and is perfect as usual. The lobby, spa, beach, room service, … were super good especially Ayoub, he is very professional.

Beautiful, stylish and well-kept rooms, with a great view of the sea and the marina. The balcony absolutely comfortable and quiet. The staff are absolutely helpful, discreet, and always there when you need someone. The breakfast and dinner, right on the beach, absolutely top in a pleasant atmosphere. The employees who look after you on the beach are uniquely polite and professional. We felt very, very comfortable, and are sad that we unfortunately couldn't stay longer - but will definitely be back. Our stay at the bulgari resort was excellent. We stayed in the ground floor and the views and sounds from the garden was splendid! Beyond relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic service at the reception with Anabel and Federica that gave us a very generous gift before leaving. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly.

Exceptional staff going above and beyond to please guests. Attention to small details such as placing hot tea and snacks in the room daily and many other small details in room, as well as the availability of all day breakfast in the room make it a very pleasurable experience staying there.

Room booked with ocean view is actually partial sea view with view of marina building, which was not what I expected. Beach area like the palm area is man made so not as pretty as actual Jumeirah beaches. Beach area too quiet, relaxing lounge music would’ve been nice.

Exquisite design, top level luxury, thoughtfully planned room layouts, great in-room dining, perfect selection of restaurants — and you must not miss the spa: the pool is great and the serenity of the place simply unmatched.

The beach feels a bit constricted in a small lagoon with some low-rise construction (villas/residences) continuing on the other side (as of January 2023), which results in a partially marred horizon for an otherwise perfect place.

Everything was above expectation. The hotel is beautiful, room very nice and fancy and most importantly the service is just perfect. They will do the maximum to let you feel at home and provide you with anunique experience. Hotel is expensive so its very nice to have so many complimantary things such as beach bag, non alcoholic drinks in the room, etc. Will definately be back

Nothing at all

I like to spend occasions in bulgari, and even when I’m stressed from work. The ambience, stuff, valet parking mens are welcoming with smile. Check-in very fast, welcoming drinks delicious, lobby lounge ambience and desserts specially the tiramisu is mouth-watering, the room is big, the bed is soft and there is menu for pillows. And there are many options for breakfast.

A la carte breakfast: it takes twice longer than a breakfast buffet. might be a weekend problem, so plan your morning accordingly check out process also took too much time, while the reception had my credit card details.
