I'm very happy with my stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable for a reasonable price and I liked the coldness of the room and near to 24 hours supermarket and near to metro train station but the only issue with me is that the glasses don't have handles so when I heat my water, it's difficult to hold the glass and no wall mounted soap holder inside the bathroom to place.my own soap for bathing. But overall, the customer service was good and I enjoyed my experience with this hotel. Will definitely stay again with this hotel when I have free time

It was more than just a room, it was basically a suite, with a living room and a bedroom. Very nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice, always at your service. It is well located, very close to Union Metro station, 3 min walk. There are many non-expensive restaurants in the area, and several mini-markets as well. Very close by (10 min walk), there is a big mall called Al Ghadir. You can find anything there. The area is safe and it was a nice experience. I would return anytime.

The bathroom would flood whenever I had a shower.

Location is really good. Very near to Metro and Bus station. Good value service. Good place for family and couple. Lot of hyper markets and restaurants are there. Specially Cleaning services good because they're doing great job. They put everything that we need. We'll definitely come back this hotel.

This is only my request. If you can please upgrade the lift. Othereise this hotel is best.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to cheap restaurants and metro station. The staff was very helpful. There were no extra facilities inside but there was everything you need to spend a few days here. Value for money is vary good.

I like the way He entertain us when were going to check in .But i forget the name.He is on the afternoon shift.He really offer us to stay more time without extra charges To you Dear staff on the afternoon shift..sorry i forgot your name.But your so amazing guy.

Actually,No disposable dental kit as i am requested.but im not sure if the hotel providing it.. But nothing at all.All goes well

The location of the hotel is in the old part of Dubai - Deira. Might seem unsafe at first, but we soon realised it is a great location and you get to see local people. A 3 minute walk to the metro station which connects the 2 metro lines of Dubai(green/red). We were amazed by how welcoming and nice the staff was. Special thanks to Aslam.

Kudos to Mr Anikit from reception for very welcoming and warm to the guest. Surely this added comfort to our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Near to metro station and there lots of establishments nearby. Room is very spacious as well.
