I it was strike of luck to book this place after few days looking for a place to book, a day before my travel I stumbled into Moon Valley hotel and just because of Burjuman mall and metro station nearby, I didn`t hesitate and thank god I didn`t regret it. the place is accessible by metro and it is at change point for both redline and green line trains that make a better spot to go anywhere by train in Dubai. there is nearby bus station for public transportation lovers! the place is close to Burjuman mall, line of restaurants at Centre-point junction and alot of supper/hyper markets such as West point, Day to Day and Lulu supermarket retailers. on top of that it is in close vicinity to Airport... love that!

the building is a bit old and some mattress we requested for additional beds were old, though the staff were quite welcome to replace and address any complain.

Perhaps the best part of my great satisfaction with the hotel is the reception lady. She is supper customer service oriented person. Other staff are really very pleasant and polite. It is very good value for money. The location is excellent. Few steps from the metro and shopping centers. What else you need. Go ahead and book.

I think they can improve cleanness of the facility.

There is a washing machine on the third floor that you can use at 3 am in the morning when everyone is asleep and then you can hang your clothes to dry in the closet. They dry quickly after spinning. They dry in only about four hours if you hang them loosely. I washed three sets of clothes and saved 100 dirhams on my laundry bills. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is across the street from burjuman mall where you can buy anything you need from electronics to furniture to food and movies and games to whatever. The location also hosts two 24 hour restaurants and two 24 hour supermarkets just five-minute walks in either directions of the hotel.

Well. The hotel is getting old. So, catch it while it is still in good shape.

The restaurant is very nice! The kitchenette in the room is functional and the room is yet spacious. Very happy with the cleanliness of the space.

They do not provide drinking water even if you have a long stay, so you might end up spending a lot on the drinking water.

Absolutly all well. The hotel quite and friendly. Room is big and have a good kitchen part. Size of room big. Swimming pool good size.

The bathrooms are excellent! And the washing machine is on the third floor! If you go there at 2:00 am when the staff is sleeping, you can wash your clothes for free! But, don't tell them I told you. Your neighbors might do the same thing so make it quick unless you want to wake up the STAAAFF!

Location is perfect it's middle of city you can go any were transport is near by

If additional they will add like coffee or tea for complement while guest is coming for check in time it's just my opinion

i love how housekeeping staff was talking while giving to us what we need. i really appreciate them and because the housekeeping staff attitude i would like to book again few months from now.

from the reception.. staff was not smiling... entering to the room some cutleries and kettle were missing its a hotel apartment im expecting that theres stove or burner for cooking no complimentary water or coffee tea sugar inside the room. Towel was missing the bed sheet was stain and the cupboards in the kitchen area was oily. bath tub drainer hair.

yes the room was really very specious and comfortable, and everything else was also good, But I would like to give most of the credit to the Front office Female staff who checked me IN, sorry I didn't ask her name but she was very professional and polite. I would say Moon valley should be proud to have such a staff at the reception.
