Nice location with access to nearby shops, public transport and restaurants and local eateries. Friendly staffs.

Room size was a bit small for 2 people with luggage. Always saw people waiting for the Lift even though 2 were available. The closet was behind the door and so the door cannot be kept open if we have to use the closet. Sometime, we wanted to keep the door open for fresh air but if we use the closet, the door has to be closed. Only window out of the two could be opened; Towel hangar in the bathroom is fine but could have been a better one with options to put more clothes

What I liked most about this hotel was the perfect location, near the subway, where the two important red and green lines meet. The room was very comfortable, I was very satisfied with the conditions of the room! The same breakfast, it was extraordinary... you have a lot to choose from and I really liked that there was fresh fruit every morning 😊

The pool on rooftop it’s not something I expected, but it’s okay, at least you can be alone and enjoy the silence and the view 😇

It's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport, by metro. I had to only walk for 5 minutes. There's a mall at the same block, with a Carrefour supermarket and a lot of options for places to grab something to eat. The room was very clean, the staff didn't even blink when I requested changing to another room, with no carpet. They provide two bottles of water and instant coffee everyday, and there's also a bar where one can drink and play pool. Just perfect!

Their hospitality is great. Especially the housekeeping staff, Sarfah, who is very friendly & always ensure that we have everything we need. The location is convenient to the airport & the metro station is only a stone throw away.

The rooms are spacious but we can hear the traffic noise & the aircon temperature is unpredictable. It will adjust the fan speed & temperature by itself. The water temperature for the shower is very hot even when we put the mixer all the way to the cold water side.

The location of this property is ideal. Next to a mall, close to the market and food outlets. covered parking, friendly staff< room size, roof swimming pool, very good quality wifi, money exchange, and nearby metro station makes it an excellent choice for any type of traveler.

The food needs to be improved especially the variety of dishes is requires a lot of improvement. Usually, for breakfast, they are offering almost similar types of dishes and mostly vegetarian dishes which is not a good way as they should cater the guests from across the globe. As soon as I entered the room and look for the refrigerator to keep some frozen foodstuff, I came to know that the refrigerator is not available in the room, on-demand the staff provided a chiller which was not working and finally after making so many calls they provided a room refrigerator. The timing for the swimming pool is very odd (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). Usually in hotels, the timings are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm which allows the guests to use this facility at their convenience.

This is my second visit to this hotel.Great location for tourists. It is very close to the burjman metro station which is a junction of Red and Green line of metro. As compared to last visit, now the check in process was fast. In house restaurant is reasonably priced. Lunch @10 AED really value for money.In house breakfast also available,if booked with breakfast option.

We almost missed the in house restaurant assuming it would be expensive. Some kind of advt/price list with menu may be helpful to attract the Guests to the restaurant.

It was amazing stay at Raviz, and location is very near to Metro , taxi Busy station, shoping mall and restaurants. Breakfast is really good, I loved it, even dinner at the restaurant TASTE OF INDIA was delicious and alot of variety dishes and the cost was very reasonable. All facilities are inside same Hotel is an amazing advantage for me to stay. Hotel, Bar, Restaurant, Spa, Pool, Gym, accessibility

We were upgraded for free, so we got deluxe spacious apartment. I'm not sure what is the situation like in regular rooms. Cleanliness 10/10, wi-fi available, two separate rooms in one apartment. Safe deposit box included. Swimming pool is small, but clean and with nice rooftop view. Hot water in the bathroom all the time. 10-15 minutes away on foot from Al Fahidi and Al Seef. Staff was very helpful and polite. No more than 5 minutes from nearby shops, public transport and restaurants. It seems to me that this is very good value for money hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the Burjuman metro. The staff are friendly. Specially Kaur ( Receptionist) she was very understanding when she knew we were checked in a smoking room and we were not comfortable since I had a kid she immediately had us upgraded. Overall the rooms are clean.

I requested a towel from the room boy who was cleaning the room. He asked me to call the reception and request it. I think he could be a Little bit flexible on it.

I am so happy to book Raviz Centerpoint hotel for my 8 day trip to Dubai.The best thing about this property is the location in very close proximity of Burjuman Metro Station which made my travel in dubai very easy. Although didn't try the food in the hotel but the staff and the management were at their toes to serve to every need of the guests even during the night.Special thanks to Mr.Shameer who has been so courteous and helpful during my entire stay ...right from booking a taxi for me..till shifting my luggage to the taxi during checkout. All in all a 5 star rating by me to the entire management team..for making my stay in the hotel so memorable and hassle free.
