The room was always clean and is next to everything that we wanted to explore.The buffet breakfast was delicious.

This is such a good place where you can relax and have fun also. the rooms are comfortable and they serve good food. The place is also clean with a good lobby and ambience. With my free time, I like to stay at their Tolstoy Lounge Bar, they have the best Turkish coffee! Their Dinner buffet is also the best.. some reviews are bad and exaggerated but the truth is when you stay in actual you will have a worthwhile experience.. Truly a good one!

The staff was astounding: front door staff couldn't do enough to help you, from luggage to booking your taxis or having a chat at the door. The receptionists, always at their desk ready to help, were the warmest welcoming smile every time we went past. When you think it couldn't get any better, the staff at the Volga restaurant showed you another dimension of hospitality: kind, unobtrusive, efficient and attentive....to complement the delicious food. The building itself is magnificent, with ample public spaces and a lovely rooftop pool, which is surprisingly breezy, cool and peaceful. Although you can have dinner at the hotel, you can also go out to nearby restaurants without lengthy treks so it's an ideal location. 10 minutes from the airport, by taxi, 10 minutes leisurely walk from the Metro station Al Rigga, it is also close to take away food outlets and a 24 hour supermarket.

I suppose that I will show my age here: the hotel boast a trendy discotheque on the ground floor and although you do not hear anything from your rooms, you have to go through a crowd of party goers if you get back late to the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy but we had only tepid water throughout our stay (7 days) so no hot showers.

Good locations, best for party ,2 big clubs there , one Russian another Iranian. You can enjoy

All was good and they offered us a complementary dinner buffet that I really appreciate it .

When ever you have a guest you must pay 100 aed for reception.which I don’t really like that rule

Pleasant stay with friends,there is pakistani room staff forget his name Mr Naveed or Mr Latif was exceptional, his services are very good.

Nothing

Everything was very good for the price. The welcome and the kindness received by the staff was great. Particularly the receptionist who welcomed me, the name was either Haza or Hazel (sorry) was very kind and continuously checked that I was good. The room and the bathroom were very clean. I would have stayed longer if I hadn t decided to move to a different area.
