-Staff in the club rotana , atfab and elisha is very accommodating and friendly. -we got a room with creek view -we also got early check in and able to use the pool after we check out . -amazing view from the swimming pool too

It was 5-6km from the centre, so you would need a taxi or car. They provided good complementary buses for 2 famous malls and a beach which was great and would save you some money. Rooms were fabulous and had great service from cleaners. They provided teabags/coffee and free water bottles everyday. Food in the hotel was special- fresh and delicious! They would make it certain items in front of you according to your need.

Our bathroom ceiling leaked causing a pool of water in the bathroom. I have to say it was fixed within an hour of reporting to the receptionist. We had asked staff to call a taxi twice, unfortunately taxi didn’t come on both occasions, so we ended up spending more money on ordering Uber ourselves after waiting 10-15 min each time.

The suite was spacious, very clean. Nice views from the pool, lounge & restaurant. Good live music in the restaurant. We enjoyed the lounge and the spectacular views in the evenings. Very friendly staff. The pool staff was always very helpful to find a sun bed in the shadow. Perfect service in the Lounge, thank you Mrs. Lovely! Very good Guest Service, Mrs Jeska was always very helpful. Thank you all! We´ll be back in March for 3 weeks.

The breakfast had a good selection, enough food. But.... unfortunately it was very monotonous. Same type of food on the buffet every day, for 11 days. Same type of fish, cheese, etc. Only very few vegetables, some salad in a glas. Some tomato, cucumber, etc. would make it much better. No freshly squeezed juices. Please change things from time to time .... Coffee spoons were only available upon request, hard to get.

All staff were good except the deputy manager. The location is good as well.

Deputy manager who was in charge treats people by look or nationality. He looked down upon us but helped others. I think his name is Mohamad Mahmoud and treated us very badly as soon as he looked at us. Maybe it's a culture there but that did bother me a lot.

Having never stayed in this part of Dubai before, we weren't sure what to expect, but after spending one night with my family here, I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a pleasant one. My favorite thing about the room was how clean it was. We were delighted to be upgraded during our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. My sincere thanks to you! I can't say enough good things about it, I just can't put it into words!

My only complaint would be the high cost of the in-dining service which is not a complaint but rather something I would like to draw your attention to.

Amazing hotel, staff, location, food, everything was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The front desk staff, Cecilia, Amro, Sarah, and all the others who assisted me during the day and night shifts were all exceptional. I wanted to name all of them but my memory is not as sharp as used to be☺️ the manager Mr. Diaa was nothing but exceptional and amazing both as a manger and as a human being. Also the lady manager whom I do not remember her name unfortunately was amazing. The staff at Morgan’s , Fadi, Gary, Jay Ann, Chadia and Mr Mohammad the manager were amazing and wonderful. We stayed at al bandar rotana for about 7 days and everything was nothing less than exceptional. The facilities really make for the 5-star hotel feel. The free shuttles saved us from the travels to the city center. From the pool, to the gym and even for the Gusto dinner overlooking a very scenic view of the city scrapes. Sachini was our host for the evening at Gusto and she looked after us very well! The truffle menu is a must try, particularly the stuffed chicken! Alsoooo... the tiramisu and the limonata cocktail are to die for! Ps: on our check out day, we were able to use the pool area and the changing rooms while waiting for our flight even after giving back our keys. Huge proof of how accommodating they are to their guests!

Fantastic! loved the hotel size, staff and location was great for being so close to the airport. The dubai creek is a great area for a cheaper hotel, the room size was perfect for 2 people. Loved the modern interior. We really enjoyed the pool terrace. It was full every day - its a small to medium terrace so beautiful, perfect for what we wanted. The cleaning was great, they came in every day and were really efficient. Enjoyed the choice on offer for the breakfast buffet. They even provided bottled water in the room every day. Lots of positives would recommend.

We loved the location but we paid a lot for taxis to the marina of dubai, we still love the creek area. If you do want to be near the marina consider the travel time of the taxis. As we know it's expensive in dubai, the terrace was okay, £5 diet coke and £8.50 glass of wine. But please be careful in the gift shop, I required feminine health products last minute and paid £15 for a box, crisps were £7 a tube of pringles, always ask for pricies

The staffs were very helpful specially Rafael who helped us a lot. The service quality was top notch. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my friends!

The scent of boakhoor welcomes you as soon as you step into the hotel and permeates the ambience up to the highest floors. Conveniently located, a 15-minute walk to 2 metro stations, good quality car transportation available at concierge. Well-kept public spaces, breakfast in the main restaurant with abundant choice and good quality. I wish to commend Ms. Chelle for her service in the club lounge and Mr. Lukman at concierge for his warm assistance. All staff, in general, was attentive and professional. A special mention to the size of our room 1005 which was beautifully appointed and clean.
