Location, Hotel restaurant, food, rooms and staff. Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights with my family members in two bedroom apartment. The staff at the reception was humble, polite in receiving us and did response for our check-in. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was in very good taste and the lady staff at the restaurant was polite, humble and patience with smile. I met the senior person at the restaurant while we were on the day of check-out. He was from Pakistan had few discussion, was so kind. The restaurant was so decorative, had few clicks on our mobiles for our memories.

A mini fridge would be a good choice.

It's been nice staying at pearl.. it's my third time in pearl.. Each time it gives more n more enjoyable staying experiences. Pros - Locality n environment.. away from crowded streets.. plenty of fresh air and scenic frames around.. Rooms are comparatively bigger than nearby hotels. Having all facility at your room from washing machine to cooking gears.. fridge.. Owen.. all these will make it easier to stay for long. Also room service.. all staffs are very nice and genuine. They all happy to help you wherever they are even you ask for room service or not.. they will daily clean n make-up the room daily. Especially Alamgir.. who is been always for any help.. Cons- some cons I noticed.. most of the items are very old.. especially bathroom fittings n other stuffs. Also complimentary breakfast repeating same dishes almost everyday..

The hotel is good, clean, quiet location under the hotel, shisha cafe... The receptionist AKVSH is polite and helpful, and also the employee PRATIMA is smiling and polite, but there is an employee who swore I left the hotel because of very bad treatment and disrespect, knowing that I spoke to the manager about him. The manager is very respectful and helpful

The receptionist I do not know his name, but the management must deal with him firmly if want a good reputation about the hotel, especially that he is old. I think he is unable or does not know how the receptionist works. He is the most important employee in the hotel. I do not want to return to the hotel because of this bad man

The housekeeping department Deepak Waris was very nice with us. He was so helpful and always clean the room is good as he can! We were happy to come back in a clean room after we came from outside!

Great location, you can reach everywhere by metro and tram from the door. room size and usability is great. cleaning is great. The employees are very helpful and respond to your requests instantly.

not very easy to get a taxi, slightly far from downtown, jbr and marina, hotel staff not very efficient, very loud and disturbing noise from African church that takes place in hall on Sunday.

Staff ...specially manager akush a Philippine receptionist who really really help us in all matter and a girl at reception and another reception person at the morning all were too good

I paid booking.com price with breakfast but in my hotel breakfast was not included so I'm not satisfied with booking.com

Room service was Nice. Specially the cleaning service (Mr. Burhan) very friendly and cooperative.

No intercom in the room.tho I requested but didn't get it,so I always have to Walk to the reception for everything.

There’s a lot of cafes and supermarket near the hotel. The facilities is quite good, there are washing machine, stove, microwave and all the utensils are complete

The room was cleaned everyday, but not thoroughly. you need to asked a lot so that they will change the sheets, the towel and anything you need to be change.
