Great option for those who want to stay in the vicinity of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious and confortable. Great view on the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast is generous and certainly an excellent value for the money.

I’ve there twice, booked twice a room with balcony, and twice ended up in a room with no balcony. That’s not acceptable. Either you work with Bookings and respect the reservation policy, or you don’t propose rooms you can’t give your customers.

Large room with nice view. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Perfect location in downtown, walking distance from Dubai Mall. Very friendly staff.

1. At checking in, they charged more money for a room with view. Anyhow, the room is costly, so I expect to get a good room, if available. The policy of "if you do not pay extra, you get a bad room" is not nice. 2. Only one international electrical socket in the room. You must bring your own adapters to charge your phone/laptop. 3. There is a coffee machine in the room, but at checkout you discover that you have to pay ca $1.5 per cup of coffee you prepare by yourself. This was not written anywhere.

The hotel is in the perfect spot, a 15 minute walk to the Mall past the Burj, and the hotel run free shuttle buses should you not want to walk to the mall and Kite beach. We paid extra for a room overlooking the Burj and fountain displays and it was so worth it, it was like a huge picture window and was wonderful, the only issue we had at the hotel was with the sleeping arrangements, we booked the room at great cost overlooking the Burj for 2 adults and 1 child (15 yrs) however when we arrived there was only 1 bed, after much discussion with reception it turns out we should have ordered an extra bed for our daughter at an additional cost of £150 per night? But surely if you book a room for 2 adults and a child and are given a price then that is the cost and beds should be provided for all occupants booked in…? Did they expect our 15yr old to bunk in with us?? Our daughter eventually decided that she would be happy crashing on the sofa in the room so we just requested a blanket, but I still find it odd that they do not provide enough beds for the occupancy of the room….. The staff are all lovely, Akbar is brilliant, he stands over you whilst you write a review which is why he is in all the reviews…. But he’s so lovely and provides you with coffee and chocolate for the children 😊. A great stay, well worth it….

The extra charge for a bed!!

Location of the property, near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, about 15 mins walk. Cheaper compared to other properties near the area. Staff are all nice. There's a 24 hour convenience store nearby (Spinney's).

Location is great. At the centre of town. Staff are friendly.

Room was not allocated at time of booking but instead what was available on arrival. We got a room on the 3rd floor looking out to a construction site on the second.

Location is great with easy access to Dubai Mall and great views over the Burj Fountains… Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly.

Only downside is that their pool is undergoing renovations but they did give access to an adjacent properties pool instead so can’t grumble.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff more than friendly and always there to help 😃 The view was to fountain ⛲️ 😍 They offer complimentary transfer to beach and to dubai mall few times a day. Room was huge 😍 👌 We highly recommend this hotel

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They are exceptionally friendly and the whole place is very kid-friendly. They gave our small kid quite a few presents which was very kind of them. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Dubai Mall and from the surrounding area you can see the famous fountains. There’s a supermarket right next door which is super convenient. Special mention goes to the very kind gentleman Naseer, who drove us around for the day as well as Usha the travel agent on site for helping us arrange some experiences. Rashid and his colleagues, the concierge gentlemen, were also very very helpful and kind in arranging a wheelchair that we could use for the entire duration of our stay. Bedding and towels are changed daily and very very clean. The cleaners do a great job and come in to vacuum and change the bedding daily and ensure all surfaces are wiped down which is super. Ronit, one of the cleaners, was exceptionally kind to my mother and grandmother and was a fabulous help each day. He made beautiful towel creations which he put on the bed for them and surprised them with which was very special for my grandmother as she is older and it’s more difficult for her to travel so this was very kind and appreciated to make her time memorable. Even though the pool and kids play area where under construction, we could easily make use of the pool right next door by simply asking the concierge to take us there. Overall, my main takeaways were the kind people at this hotel that made our experience exceptional.

As you can see from the photos, the rooms are pretty outdated and we believe they are all in need of new upholstery (or totally new furniture) as well as a industrial deep clean with deep cleaning machines by a cleaning company (I think all of them are like this as our family members stayed in a totally different room on a different floor and it seemed the same). Furniture needs to be deep cleaned with an industrial cleaning machine.

We were very satisfied with the spacious room, comfortable bed, fast and stable internet connection, good hotel location and amenities. We appreciated all the staff´s help, they were very kind, always interested, there wasn´t anything they couldn´t do for us. The room was perfectly equipped, (tissues, notepads, scale, a dressing table with a mirror, ironing board with the iron.) Everything was perfectly functional. Only a sponge and a towel were missing even though the room has a kitchenete. The free shuttle service to the mall/metro/beach (2-4 times a day) was another positive point of our stay. The drivers were real gentlemen. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of food and drinks on the buffet. Special thanks to the chef, Mr Japvir, who was very helpful and provide us with the information about the alergens every night. The food was really excellent (both at breakfast and dinner time) although we had a slight problem with its very spicy taste. They serve kinds of Indian, Arabic food, baklava based, vegetarian food, various breads, pastry, eggs, omelettes, pancakes, cereals, desserts. You could try sambousek, spinach fatayer, falafel, veg pagoda, meat rolls, wreaps, potato croquettes/fries, sweet cakes, fruit and vegetables, salads. Fresh juice, jallab, roohafza, quamar al din. The real plus of staying in Dubai is the zero crime rate. All places are safe, guarded by security or police. You can feel free and safe here. Before our trip we were a little worried about limited services in UAE due to Ramadan but everything was fine, there were no restrictions for tourists. The only limitation was the fountain show, which only started after dark, neither the Burj Khalifa nor the fountain was lit during the day. Also the other attractions might have some limited opening hours etc. But you don´t have to care about eating in public, also the shopping centers as well as souk are open.

Be aware that the main entrance of the hotel is not facing the Dubai Fountain area, you cannot enter the hotel directly, you have to go around it, it is quite confusing, the walk from the Mall takes about 20 minutes. You can easily take a taxi which costs only 12AED from Dubai Mall or Burj Khalifa metro station to the hotel.

Great location, walking distance from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There is a small Spinneys supermarket right next door which was very convenient and useful to stock up on fresh fruits, drinks and snacks and also mini meals like sandwiches, salads and even sushi. Our one-bedroom suite was well appointed, with plenty of comfortable seating options. The kitchenette was very useful and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most and included a bathtub, separate shower area and also a very useful retractable clothes drying cord. The rooms were kept very clean. Balcony overlooking the musical fountains of Burj Khalifa was a bonus. We could witness the brilliant sound and light shows (every half hour from 7:30 pm onwards) every night. Food was excellent - breakfast options and whatever we'd ordered from Room Service Service was prompt and courteous, the staff were always smiling and friendly.

We changed our room after the first night from a lower to a higher floor to get a better view. In the new room the main carpet in the living area was missing (taken out for cleaning?) There were some minor issues with power and plumbing, both of which were attended to promptly, but they persisted (have informed the front office about this at check out).
