This was my first time staying at this property. I was extremely pleased with the room, staff and service. The property is located in the downtown with great restaurants, banks and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. The size of the room is spacious and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property and intend to stay again in the future.

The televisions in the room are a little tricky to operate. Traffic into and out of the downtown area can be very congested at times. Be nice for a separate shower in the bathroom and nit just a Shower/tub configuration.

This was one of the most beautiful stays we had in Dubai. The service was fantastic, lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean nice view and all amenities can be provided when asked.

Great location, very nice appartment with view on the Burj and all comfort needed. Modern decoration, spacious and very good beds. Washing machine available. Nice pool. Cheaper than most hotels yet a better option. There is no breakfast or restaurant but plenty of options nearby or to be delivered.

What’s a wonderful experience at Vida downtown residence in Dubai. I have visited Dubai many times, this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staffs were very hospitable and were there for my every needs. All staffs were great, especially Jishin's warmth and very personable service. Thank you so much for the great experience.

the location is nice ... and i love being received by Irma and Jishin, they are very helpful and professional! this is my Go to hotel everytime i come from AD !

the only thing they could improve would be the be the parking. they should have a valet services

Great location with nice views, modern furniture/interior design, and the lobby gives off hotel vibes. Direct access to the boulevard from the lobby, a short walk to dxb mall. Mini coffee and prêt to-go food cart available in the lobby for food that offers delivery to your apt, as there's no room service.

- lack of amenities in apartments- you'd have to call to ask for slippers and tissue boxes, etc, so better if those were already provided in the apts. - no restaurant/breakfast buffet- bring in your own food or order delivery to cater to food needs. - no valet service- you park your own car in the basement parking- visitor parking by the entrance if you're lucky. - no active concierge or bellboy to grab luggage from the car, we had to call someone to do so. - water pressure in bathrooms could be stronger.
