Near the ADCB Metro Station. Day to Day store is like a 5 minute walk. Buffet breakfast is okay. It was Ramadan so we did not hear any noise from the bar since it was closed. Iron and iron boards are available upon request. Hot shower and good water flow. We were surprised when we got back the second night that they cleaned the room, made the bed and gave us fresh towels and 2 bottled water without us even asking. The price of the room was reasonable. They kept our luggage after checking out.

I didn't like the receptionist who checked us in. He tried to make us pay more than we should because of the city tax. When I told him that it was included in the price I booked, he agreed after I showed him the price breakdown. White light should be available for visibility of things. WiFi can sometimes be without internet. The toilet and bath are tight, the shower door doesn't fully seal and water goes out to the toilet floor. No parking they said when I booked but when we reached there, they offer valet parking

The room was fantastic. Very modern and fairly upscale, in my opinion considering the price I paid. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, toilet worked, etc. Housekeeping did an excellent job. However, keep in mind the building is going thru quite a bit of renovation. So, there might be limited access coming inside the lobby. There's also a bar on one of the floors, but I wasn't able to experience unfortunately. Yes you could hear the music, so I could see how that might bother some guests. Be cautious if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I enjoyed myself. Looking forward to the finished renovations.

The room size was great, location amazing! close to the shops and metro. Our room was cleaned and smelled really nice! We always got 2 free water bottles and they are very generous with the tea and coffee. We stayed in room 216 and it was little noisy every night due to the night club next door, so try to ask for the higher number and maybe on another floor if you are light sleeper. Breakfast good variety, hot coffee, hot beans, I liked the omelet! I booked the place because we could check out between 11.30 and 1200. Super good! The staff that cleaned the room, always friendly and helpful,

A few minor things, Personally, The common areas smells of cigarettes, and if you suffer from asthma, not a place for you. Remember Arabic countries all love smoking, the first day our room smelled of cigarette even if the no smoking sign was in the room, but it got better when air con was on. The breakfast table and floor was not clean, could be good for staff to clean the tables and the chairs, and quick do a sweep on the floor, Both days we came down different time and the floor was similar crumbled condition, there was not much guest in the breakfast. Checkout was stated 11.30 to 12.00, Reception called us 10am and again at 11.42 am That not good. Understand if you are late and checking out AFTER 12.00. I requested a chair to the room, never received it.

The Hotel is very nice, perfect location exactly in front of the Metro station ADCB, which links you quickly to every other part of the city. The breakfast every morning was super there are different varieties of food, from sweet to salty to Indian food, but also croissants or pancakes, omelette and much more. The room was amazing, new furnished and everything was deeply clean. The staff was really fantastic with us, gentle and polite, they accommodated us in every our requests even I’m reach early in the morning but Reception Lady without any argue provide room to be at 7.00 am early appreciate to hotel management

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The facility was amazing. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, my room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were also a major highlight of my stay. Everyone was extremely welcoming and cooperative, which made me feel right at home. In particular, I wanted to mention Cyril, who did a wonderful job. His great attitude and daily cleaning service, including changing the linen, made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, I wanted to mention the room service. The food was delicious and the service was timely and punctual, which made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience during my stay. I look forward to visiting your hotel again in the future.

It was loud at night because of the club in the 4th floor. other than that, everything was great.

The hotel is close to the subway and several markets. The staff are super attentive, the room has a good space and very fast internet.

On the side of the Hotel there is a nightclub that works every night, you can hear the music from the room. We did not know that the hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was a lot of noise and dust in the reception, in addition to the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel was excellent and met my expectations in terms of the room, facilities, cleanliness. The room had a nice double bed with clean sheets and a TV with a ensuite bathroom which was excellent. Nice hot water, good water pressure for the shower. The room was cleaned daily by housekeeping. Prem was excellent at keeping the room clean and I always came back to a nice, clean and well-presented room. The receptionist Priyanka was really nice and my check-in was smooth. She was also very helpful when I needed some guidance such as tourist places to visit and where closest stations were. And she was always very professional with her job, which was great to see! I would certainly book this hotel again as it is a very good price for a hotel, and is also close to the ADCB station which allows you to go places quickly.

I think the breakfast in the restaurant could have been a little better. I think I woke up very early one morning and the breakfast was not prepared properly. I would certainly ask the hotel to work on this part. However, for me personally it wasnt a big deal as there are plenty of places to eat for breakfast and lunch/dinner around the hotel in the Karama area.
