Easy access via taxi or walking to business bay. Our studio was very spacious and offered all the facilities you’d expect from a studio at this price range. The gym was brilliant and was once of the highlights of the stay. Ideal for long stays.

The pool was great, but was very small and cramped given the huge outdoor space the hotel offers. We were harassed numerous times by the lifeguard and security about were our loungers were, although these were not impacting anybody staying at the hotel. Given the amount of rooms the hotel has, the pool area is very insufficient.

Good location, parking, pool and gym. Good kids playground. Excellent staff. Great turkish restaurant downstairs Ala. Very recommended.

If cleaning is a paid option only, towels could be changed at least once a week for free. Wasnt able to turn on the cooker. Cafe 1881 experience is awful. First they added an extra dish I havent asked for, than didnt bring all the stuff mentioned as breakfast combo in the menu, so I had to chase them first to return money, than to get a bread for the fried eggs. They also charged extra for the large capuccino without even asking which one I want. Plus the tables were dirty, as nobody cleans them properly after guests.

When you take a shower, you need to keep the door closed or the fire alarm in the kitchen goes off. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so, not ideal. No way to manually set the air-conditioning. You freeze at night. Not enough working umbrellas/ sunbeds at the pool.

If you’re planning to hang around downtown - this is your best option. Comfortable beds, nice pool area and gym. Kind and professional staff. Good value for the money

Anywhere outside downtown it will take you 30min at least. If it’s your first time in Dubai probably Marina will be a better option

All of it honestly! Location was perfect, close the Dubai Mall (5min by taxi). My apartment was beautiful. I loved that the quality of the furniture was great and I got to have a super comfortable bed and a desk where I could work. My apartment was also super clean! I was on the 25th floor overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Swimming Pool and Gym on the 2nd floor were much appreciated. But you’ll also find a restaurant and a spa! I brought my family here for my sister’s 18th bday and they loved this place! The staff was just great, very kind, friendly and welcoming. This is one of the best place where I’ve ever stay away from home!

Clean hotel, modern and central. Room was clean, well furnished and with a view on the burn khalifa. The washing machine was particularly useful, washing tide pods included. The shower was a dream, the gym is moderately equipped and very clean. The pool is nice and has views on the burj khalifa. Position of the hotel is central and in 5-10 min taxi ride (approx 8€, depending on traffic ) you can reach the dubai mall, 20-25 min taxi you can reach the marina area (no traffic). Staff is young, friendly , professional and helpful. Located at the ground floor of the hotel There are a cafeteria and a mini supermarket with some essential food both open 24/24h, very convenient if you need something quick. There is also a spa located on the same floor as the gym and pool, very modern and with several treatments. I booked this hotel just because the reviews were good and it lived up to the expectations.

I got the Burj Khalifa One Bedroom Apartment. The place was comfortable, VERY spacious with a beautiful modern design, the sofa bed is basically a queen size bed, it had two balconies both showing Burj Khalifa, the room contained a kitchen with a washing machine, the staff were nice and helpful and the location of Sonder was great just keep in mind although its a 10 min walk from Dubai Mall, you can't actually walk because of the weather temperature and humidity in summer

The hallways in all of the floors are not air conditioned, so walking down to the lobby or to the car parking is like going outside. You will be sweating

Nothing except the pool, which is an open area but non-smoking, so if you need to smoke, you will have to walk a lot, There are two pools for adults and kids, but all grouped together!!!

I recently stayed at the Sonder Business Bay Hotel in Dubai for two weeks and couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything met my expectations, from the exceptional facilities and high-speed internet to the spotless cleanliness and remarkable support provided by the staff. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Sonder Business Bay. Every single member, from the reception team to the bellboys, security personnel, and all other staff, was incredibly supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always guided me in the best possible way whenever I had questions. The hotel's location is amazing. It is a short walk to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, and various restaurants and grocery stores. I've already recommended this hotel to friends and family and will continue to do so. I will definitely book the Sonder Business Bay Hotel for my future visits to Dubai.

Great location, excellent apartment

In this day and age, things like early check in and daily cleaning service are a given. To charge extra for these services is in bad taste. Ruins the whole experience. You may want to reconsider these things.
