I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rove Hotel and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The standout feature for me was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Shola, Rachel, Karen, and Prince. From the moment I checked in, Shola’s warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. Rachel and Karen were consistently attentive, ensuring every detail of my visit was well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly commendable. Not to forget Prince, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. The hotel itself exudes a welcoming ambiance, with well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities. The dedication and friendliness of the staff, especially Shola, Rachel, Karen, and Prince, truly made my stay exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Rove Hotel for a delightful and personalized hospitality experience.

Our stay in Rove trade center was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and heplful, the rooms were clean and had a big TV and were cleaned and tidied daily. There was a swimming pool along with ping pong, arcade game machine and table football , 3 meeting rooms, a gym, a playstation 5 and plenty of mac pcs. There was also a pitstop with free coffee and delights, a supermarket and luggage lockers in ground floor and also a vending machine near the swimming pool. There are also 4 elevetaors to take you through its 9 floors.

There is some distance to be walked to the nearest metro station and if you book a careem taxi sometimes it passes the hotel and have to take a long detour to get back to it.

The hotel has all you need entertainment services to keep you content, the location is great, the reception is really beautiful and well designed for spending your day working on your laptop with casual breaks to enjoy the numerous entertainment facilities. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Toilet along with the towels are spotless clean. The bed pillows and cover are spotless clean too. The reception officer Mr. Shane has given me an incredible room with an incredible view on the 9th floor that I'm thankful for that.

The room has signs of wear and tear in it, I know that the staff are working hard to keep it clean but those exhaustion signs cannot be removed regardless of how hard you try to clean, like when I checked in there's like a yellowish stain on the toilet seat cover in which I called the housekeeping employee that kept rupping and rupping and rupping it with detergent but it won't got cleaned because the plastic itself have deteriorated signs in its color. You have to call housekeeping to ask for amenities, which I have found out late after I used my own private amenities. The room in terms of decoration is boring with exhaustion stains on the carpet table and the foot chair.

Mr. Erick Hosted us in a professional manner! He went above & beyond to provide us with the best experience ever, in all terms ! Specially checked-in late ! Mr. Erick gave us the best available room with an amazing view & provided us the option to check out more than usual timing withing couple of hours after asking for a favor 😍. Definitely, when you see such staff with such amazing & professional attitude, it will feel your at the right spot. Surely, I will re-book again & again, because of the way Mr Erick hosted us ! Big & Special Thanks to Mr. Erick ! & ofcourse to Rove management for hiring such personality with the amazing hospitality & hotelier attitude 😍😍

As a 3-star establishment, it exceeded my expectations in several key areas. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner exuded a sense of freshness and tidiness, a testament to the hotel's commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its dedication to sustainability. From refillable glass water bottles to eco-friendly toiletries, every effort had been made to minimise environmental impact. It was heartening to see a hotel taking proactive steps towards a greener future. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast spread. Offering a diverse array of options, the breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses. From freshly baked pastries to fresh produce, there was something to satisfy every palate. The vegan options although limited were very delicious and certainly satisfying. While the hotel's amenities and services were on par with its 3-star rating, it was the emphasis on cleanliness, sustainability, and culinary excellence that truly elevated the experience. I highly recommended Rove Trade Centre as a budget friendly option.

The only thing that could of enhanced my stay perhaps was more vegan breakfast options. There wasn't really anything to fault.

Exceptional stay, this is what I would call a practical Hotel, with great service, clean, smells great everywhere, room got everything you need, lobby is a great place to chill and connect with fellow travelers. They even have spaces where to get on your teams call. Location is perfect, near metro station and they have bus shuttle twice a day to get you to 3 different places. The greatest service was keeping your bags in a private locker for 24h so you can roam free. The personnel is great, helpful, friendly and kind. I strongly recommend and would definitely stay there next time.

Where do i start .... so many good thigs to say : 1) The manager Prince he is a prince . He did arrange for us Shuttle service from hotel to DWTC and back to hotel as we had 10 days confrence . I had issue with my room lights he fixed the issue and gave us complementary breakfast for both of my rooms .. 4pax He was always welcoming and did asked me daily about my stay . 10 out of 10 2) Yahya another gem of a person .. he helped me to checked in for my daughter as i went for some work he managed it perfectly . Also for my late check out he was like not to worry im there for you sir . Everyday he greets with a smile . 3) Adnan ... he was really helpfull in the morning at 3am my son was having high fever he helped me order the medicine and it solved my issue also did assist me for my late check out . Overall this hotel is amazing thats why they r rated 9.2 It should be a 4star hotel . The rooms are v v v clean the bed are so comfortable and there is a sofa bed in each rooms . Thank you Rove hotel and team . For sure next trip im staying here only

Hotel is situated 10 mins drive from WTC which ls great benefit if you are looking for close location to the expo centre. Restaurant has good diversity and staff is well- trained with Mr.Tameer being client- centered provided us with constant assistance and professional support!

Nothing negative to submit on general hotel review except small obstacles we encountered during breakfast reservation as we did our booking excluding accommodation and resulting in being awaken at 6:50 by one of staff -members, who phoned to check on breakfast payment proceedings. 😊As for the rest it was really great experience and we are grateful to everyone there.

The location is great and its easy to get a taxi. The room was much smaller than expected but was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean which is very important for me. I really liked the fact that they are trying to be eco friendly by providing each room with drinking water in reusable glass bottles. Pls continue to do that. Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent service. I left too early for a breakfast so unfortunately didn't try it.

I asked for a non smoking room which I got but both corridors on the 9th floor smelled to smoke/tobacco. In the night the people across from me were very noisy. Young men who kept on shouting and making strange noises in the very late hours of the night. So woken up nearly every night for a good half hour or so. But couldn't be bothered to change room as I was there only a few days. On the topic of being more sustainable, I would rethink the sachets of teas and coffees and look for a better way to go about it. Those little packs are not recycleable.
