Great location , very clean , friendly staff

- the wall between the rooms is like a board ( not hard ) , too much annoying. - Consent for guys to allow girls to enter the room . ( some sexual sound at night & morning ) - some of clients stay in the balcony at midnight , so the guys sound reached to the another room. - i will not stay in the hotel anymore.

The Room was big and modern with high floor, I requested a birthday arrangement for my family which was nicely arranged, breakfast is perfect with wide selections specially the Egg section, Osama from Reception was so helpful

The sound isolation between rooms is so poor, i can hear people talking in the next room, i wish that the hotel lounge services extended to 12 AM ,

I like the location of the hotel. It is quiet and spacious. The staff is friendly.

The card to open the door wasn't working on a daily basis. My room was at the back of the hotel and after a long working day going back to the reception to activate the key card was really not convenient! The room needs technical maintenance: the bar door wasn't opening, the phone was broken (was replaced after 2 days and many complaints) and the toilet flush button didn't always work. I bring delegations almost monthly and hope that will change.

Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing and attentive. We were very impressed with the exemplary customer service from everyone we met at the hotel. The hotel is first class, with cleanliness and attention to detail. The pool and gym facilities were also excellent, and the views over the racecourse are amazing. We thought, for Dubai standards, that the hotel food and drinks were very reasonably priced. The breakfasts are to die for, I’ve never seen such a selection of food, and the quality of the produce was first class.

Proximity to any of the main areas (e.g. Marina, Khalifa etc), is a taxi ride away, so make sure you have the Careem app on your mobile to book taxis.

The hotel was an architectural gem, providing any service that you could image. The staff was professional and very helpfull. The room had a wonderful view to the horse court, and we were lucky that we saw horse racing game on Friday's evening from our room. The lounge serves nice snacks (burgers, pasta, salads etc) at reasonable prices; everything was delicious. The breakfast had EVERYTHING! We had an unforgettable stay and we will return. Higly recommended.

It was 10 minutes drive from Downtown Dubai. Please let us suggest to the hotel to have some free transfers from the hotel to Downtown Dubai at specific hours. But no having any, didn't affect our wonderful stay to Meydan.

Wow, what a fabulous location. Staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. The room looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful and spacious. I am going to miss the walk-in shower and bath. Bed was very comfy and i really enjoyed the hidden doors and compartments. It felt like home having my luggage and items put away in these compartments. Breakfast was delicious and room service although expensive was also very delicious.

The rooftop infinity pool was a little underwhelming in terms of views. Pigeons kept flying down and drinking the pool water, although the pool wasn't dirty. . It's an odd feeling knowing there's been pigeons in the water. Other than that, Meydan was a lovely stay! I'm glad we got the chance to experience it on a good deal and would stay again the next time we're in Dubai.

I would have given the hotel 11/10 if I could. The best hotel we have stayed in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Nespresso coffee coupled with great views of the Meydan racecourse from our room, we were also lucky to be able to catch a horse race from our balcony on one Friday evening. Staff were extremely accommodating and polite, always going out of their way to meet our requests (we were traveling with two noisy and active kids, and the hotel staff never fail to serve us with a smile even though we as parents were already getting impatient and grumpy with the kids). The hotel also serves excellent breakfast, middle-eastern/Indian/Asian/International fare that is bound to suit your tastebuds.

Hotel is a little away from main tourist attractions, however it offers possibility to see horse racing directly from your room, which is very unique experience. Room was large, with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Direct view from balcony on horse racing stadium is amazing. Breakfast was delicious, with great variety and nice terrace. Swiiming pool on the roof is also very nice, with great staff.

There is not much around on walking distance. It is quiet and peaceful area however you need taxi or car for everything. Room service is poor and slow. We have ordered breakfast, however they forget to deliver it and also after reminder it was not delivered at reasonable time.

Exeptional view from the room, huge space and luxurious stay. Bath with a view over the room And rooftop infinity pool with a view was a brilliant getaway for our last night in Dubai. From the update to higher floor to welcomedrink at the reception And a late night gym only to ourselves - We felt very welcomed. Our kid wanted to be in the room to play like in movies. As for 11yearold taste the experience was top notch. Must be even more perfect on the days of horse racing.

There could be more activities or live music event in the evening and near the hotel there is not much of activities. But we used the nearby restaurant/bar and will discuss the posiibility of golfing next time. As this time We where advised that the golf available will be too hard for us :D

I had an exceptional stay at The Meydan Hotel Dubai. In fact, our stay was so fantastic that we extended it not once, but twice. I can't say enough about Gabriela Mena, the Guest Relations Manager, who is truly exceptional. She is always ready to assist, incredibly professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure a top-notch experience. The entire staff was outstanding, starting with Gabriela Mena herself. Iqbal at reception was efficient and welcoming. The lifeguards at the swimming pool, particularly Sagara, were impressively professional and attentive to guests' safety. Other staff members like Ashan and the team at the Farriers restaurant made our breakfast/dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, our stay provided an excellent experience, complete with fresh air and a serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a remarkable and unforgettable stay. A massive thanks to Gabriela Mena.
