Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Dubai. It’s the go to option for me. The rooms are so spacious they seem like suites, the decoration is modern and elegant, beds are soft, lights give a cozy vibe. The shower and sinks are made from a fine and sleek marble with a beautiful self standing bathtub. The staff is lovely, polite and helpful. The view is stunning.

The room could be cleaner after the make up, sometimes filth remains on the floor, as well as crumbs on the carpet and tables. The pool is also very small and unfortunately is located in the shadow.

The stuff was amazing, very comfy bed and great facilities. Clara at the reception was very friendly and welcoming and frankly everyone was great. We ordered in-room breakfast and the Turkish one was out of this world, huge portions and very tasty, beautifully served as well!

We had a corner suite which was great, but you could hear the noizy cars at night a bit. I think the architecs should have provided for more lighting in the room, but this was fixed by additional lamp brought in by the stuff.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2023. The staff was wonderful, from Drogan, Anthony, David, Chris, Cepi, Ahmed and so many others. They made my first time to Dubai very memorable and I will never forget it. My room was the only room which had unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa on my floor, which made for great pictures. The food I ordered within room service was also very tasty, as well as their linen service. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Since this was my first time to Dubai, I thought everyone treated me very well and I was very well taken care of.

An amazing holidays in an exceptional, elegant and stylish hotel in the centre of a beautiful city of Dubai. Everything was perfect from the beginning at the reception welcomed by Mt Ahmed who gave me the exquisite room with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa. Everyone was nice, polite and welcoming all the time, taking care of anything that you might need. The service in this hotel is impeccable, professional and friendly, a private butler (thank you Atif), the staff in the restaurant at breakfast, which was so very delicious….Arabic, Indian or continental which ever you would wish, all fresh and so nicely prepared. Thank you so much Shanaka and your team Anthony, Haneed and all others. At concierge desk you get all information to make your trip special, thank you Dragan and Mussa. A great gym with a coach Prince to take care of your practice and a beautiful infinity swimming pool with a great view to the river. Turkish restaurant in the hotel has a great choice of excellent food. The room was so nice, clean and well maintained with every night chocolate bar and fresh water. At the end just to mention that all the staff know you by name and remember your favourite table for breakfast. If I forgot to mention someone, don’t worry I will definitely come back to check on it.

The property itself is beautiful and definitely provides luxurious 5-star amenities and accommodations. The gym was well equipped, pool and spa area laid out nicely, restaurants and bar area was beautiful and well-staffed with great food/drinks (real drinks, no mocktails lol). Butler service was superb and very attentive, concierge service staff was super friendly and helped us book some last minute excursions as well as gave great advice for nightlife. Room size was great with a spacious layout, fantastic views of the Business Bay with a premier location close to mall/Burj Khalifa yet centrally located to access Marina and beaches. Would definitely return on our next trip to Dubai! After staying a few days, the staff knew who we were, and treated us with a familiarity that made us even more comfortable in our temporary Dubai home.

There was not much we didn't like, but did feel like the events at the bar that were advertised should have been more clear as far as pricing, and the breakfast, while good, does not feel like it is worth $100 USD for 2, unless you plan on eating a lot. Lighting in bathroom was not the best for makeup application. This is just nitpicking though, because everything greatly exceeded our expectations.

High level of service provided and the cosy arrangement of the St. Regis Suite. The suite is well furnished . The furniture and its setting makes a good feeling of “freedom” and space. Not overly set and it is enough of everything to enjoy the stay! The staff was unobtrusive, but yet extremely supportive, showed professional skills at every stage of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and diverse complimented with an a la carte choice of a verity of dishes. Very well brewed coffee!! All in all we had a great experience with the St. Regis and I will definitely gonna come back on winter or so!!!

A bit warm pool water for Dubai’s weather.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was. The staff, from the concierge to the reception, were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The room was nothing short of amazing, providing comfort and all the amenities I needed for a perfect stay. The icing on the cake was the delightful breakfast they offered, which was a true highlight of my mornings. If you’re looking for a sweet, memorable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about it was simply incredible.

The staff are very kind, professional and helpful. The signature service is very useful. The location is perfect. I liked this hotel and I recommend it despite the minor issues I mentioned above.

The layout of the room is not well designed: 1- the shower is so big while the toilet room is small and has door stop at the middle which made me trip over it. 2- The room does not have enough lights. It is so dim 3- The light switches are far from the lights. 4- The shower heads on the wall are not necessary in my opinion
