Location is great, clean rooms, have a great roof top bar and restaurant, but always book a table in advance because even in Thursday night it was a hard to find free one

i gave second chance to this hotel, even room with see view had a view of construction only, even i asked to gave me not a noise side, hotel provided room from pool side just a 1 floor above, can you imagine evenings? also during check-out i requested to provide invoice and surprisingly lady refused due to some internal laws or whatever, she said that i should ask booking.com to get it.

The pool size and pool area too small Only few beds and not the pool size you are expecting from this hotel standard. For this reason we decided to use another hotels pool. It’s very noisy during the day (especially the beach) and even at night because of the beach club right next to the hotel. We could hear the music very loud during the night even when you are staying on a high floor.

Incredible service and location. Staff couldn't do enough to look after you. Rooms were STUNNING! Concierge were also amazing and gave superb restaurant recommendations. The Skybar is beautiful.

Food by the pool wasn't great- inconsistent service with orders being incorrect, forgotten or waiting 30mins plus for a drink. Also, if you get water by the pool it's free but by at a dining table, you pay. Staff at reception were very apologetic. Water should be free for guests given premium spent.

This is a gorgeous hotel with fabulous design elements and ambience. The room exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, quiet with beautiful views. Luxurious without ever feeling stuffy and overdone. Best of all though are the staff So friendly, welcoming and super efficient . We don't have all the names of everyone but Miko and Victoria at Ginger Moon and Paul at the concierge really stood out! Would definitely go back again. The spa was fabulous - best massage ever. W Hotels are aimed at a much younger demographic but we are in our 60's and absolutely loved it.

I have travelled the world and can honestly say this is the best hotel and service I have ever received the team At the W made our stay wonderful. Special mention for chandon at reception he was a delight and a credit to the W he kickstarted our stay and made us feel special upon arrival. The restraunts are classy and the food is A1, The best hotel in Dubai, if your travelling up here you must must stay here, a proper 5 star hotel!

Amazing, luxury experience from the second I stepped out of the taxi on arrival. Complimentary welcome drink and cold towel at check in and the most lovely and welcoming reception and door staff. Room was beautiful and clean. The interior design is unmatched, so cool. The restaurant on the roof top is amazing (31st floor), food was delicious and there was a live singer on too, who was very talented. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in worldwide.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff I would recommend. Great location close by to tram and getting taxi is also easy. The look and feel of the hotel was superb, it’s by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say or to Improve

Exceptional, from my arrival the staff and reception were professional. I wanted a room with a balcony and the room with a balcony was changed in record time. The view and the room was very very beautiful, surely it will be my first destination in Dubai next time, I would like to thank Lila for her friendly and professional treatment
