Personell was very helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite as my room was not ready yet at my arrival. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The hotel was perfect, but I received an email, looking as it was from the Tamani hotel through Booking, saying that there is a problem with my credit card information and I should fill in an online form with my payment information, otherwise my reservation would be cancelled - this after I had already checked in and payed. The front desk manager checked it and informed that the email is not from them and that it is very probably a scam to steal my credit card information. Be careful!

Location is very good. next to tram station and many shops and restaurants. spacious apartments excellent staff. Special thanks for Abilash and Amun for thier help during our stay.

living area furniture is very old and uncomfortable. it’s high time to replace it. WiFi is very unstable. kitchen floor was too greasy. needs deep cleaning. breakfast is not good at all. hot meal doesn’t have options. for one or two days it’s fine but for long stay like 10 days, I’d prefer to take it without breakfast. I stayed for 10 nights and unfortunately paid my room rent including breakfast which was non refundable.

Spacious 2 large bedroom apartment with 4 bathrooms and big kitchen with micro oven , oven top, fridge, washing machine with dryer, dish washer, and big living room with big sofa set and dining table and iron room. Very clean and comfortable. Too big for my 5 members family. Excellent location. 39th flow with fantastic blue water beach and city view for very less price. Great staffs and management to help anytime. We were given very early check in for free considering our sleepy children. Thanks to the manager :-). Great room service. Small supermarket/shop next door to buy all food items. Fancy restaurant at the ground floor. Gym and out door and warm indoor pool we enjoyed with kids. Restaurants and Takeaways near by. Tram stop next door. Can change to Metro easily to go to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Taxis available any time. I will stay again.

When breakfast was changed from buffet to serving on table. it was easier to chose your own breakfast from buffet and was helpful to have less waste.

We liked the room that they gave us it was truly spectacular and we had such a great time cooking, bonding and get together with the fam so it was a very pleasant stay for us. We appreciate the staff who were all nice! Kudos!

We had an encounter where the next guests indoor was complaining for loud noises in our room. We truly understand that, however, laughter and singing comes natural on a vacation stay with family. Just a tip, next time ask their preferences if they want a quiet setting please allocate their room away from the crowd.

That there was only one full mirror in the master bedroom, it would be nice to have one in the lobby or the second bedroom. The lighting weren’t bright enough. The walk in shower the floor needs to be sloped as the water doesn’t drain and remains wet the whole day. Housekeeping didn’t leave fresh water every time.

it’s cozy, the toiletries were great except for the additional toothbrush that we needed to request. The guy at the reception doesn’t even know what toiletries is.

We were told that the breakfast will be a buffet, but the next day when we’re about the dine, the guy at the Cafe Society told us that it will be plated nit a buffet. Then, I requested for additional toiletries at night if our first day but it didn’t came. I just followed up the next morning to have it brought to our room. And the outdoor pool it’s too cold like there’s an ice on it.

I liked the location. The hotel is just by a tram stop, making everything easy reachable. Barasti beach is only a few min away. There is a big supermarket that works 24h per day just on the corner. Breakfest is very good with a lot of choices. The staff is extra polite and helpful. Internet connection is good. Rooms are the same as on the pics.

Beds are not so comfortable.

Good location of hotel. Near a lot of cafes, discount on cafe near the hotel. Near Tram station. 15-20 min to the JBR Beach and Dubai Marina.

The room was small and didn't match like photos. Little bit noisy around at night if you open windows.
