Fantastic room with wonderful view. Extremely comfortable. One small comment was all the piped music which was quite intrusive. Also, I have in previous years really enjoyed the Tapas restaurant. However, on the evening we went to eat the music was so loud we couldn't even hear the person who greeted us at the door so we left and had a nice meal in the lobby bar.

The level of music outside the hotel

The property is very central and has all the activities you need. I was very disappointed to find out I had paid booking.com much more than the room rate through the hotel. I will never book through booking.com again. Very disappointed. The hotel did their best to give me a better deal by offering me the executive club deal but I still payed almost double the room rate. So very upset. Will always book direct in the future.

Very kind personal, beatiful views from room balcony( booked room with sea view), tasty food, clean hotel teritory, good aquapark(tickects was included) it was fully enough for 5years son. Very kind and helpful lifeguards in aquapark! Many pools its enough for adults and kids( there is zone only for adult). Receptionist work is perfect, pool bar personal super!

We had all inclusive package, but thats not mean that you will go dor ala carte restaurants( like Baba, en suir, Brusola ) and eat everything. If you want better steaks or smth you need to pay extra. But the variety of food and how many was there it was fully enough for our holidays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Not too many trinkets for little kids to destroy. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The water park was a big highlight for our family. The staff were always helpful. Thanks especially to Sandeep in concierge and Edward who always had a friendly smile and greeting whenever we left or arrived despite the scorching heat. We would love to come back some day.

There was a cooked fly on our pizza at the Italian restaurant and it smelled like smoking was allowed in the restaurant. After that, we had all our meals at Mina's kitchen which was absolutely amazing!

Location was ideal, loved the private beach. Whole property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The restaurants on site were wonderful with a very high standard of service and food. We upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious and had a lovely big balcony overlooking the rear of the property. Elemis toiletries in the bathroom and Aqua di Parma in public toilets was an added bonus. All the staff, throughout the complex, really made our holiday special - they really cannot do enough for you.

At this time of year, we found it quite quiet and the outdoor bar closed between 10.30 and 11.00 which I thought was rather early although you could have a drink in the conservatory until 1.00 am

Location is great, rooms are lovely and bright and felt up-to-date and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Lovely beach with comfortable seating and a choice of pools, bars and restaurants. The bird cage bar is stunning.

More plug sockets in the room would have been very useful. I like to go for an evening swim but the pools closed at 8pm. It would be great if just one outdoor pool was open. The wi-fi was terrible. I also paid for the faster wi-fi but it still didn't work on my laptop.

The small water park and the kids club were great - and the adults only beach was fab. There is a great selection of pools.

The restaurant food - under the half board wasn’t great - and sometimes the service was a bit slow. It was hard to find a sun lounger on the beach in the afternoon in the family area (they’ve given a large part of the beach to an adults only area that was only lightly used). The filtered water is a great initiative to reduce environmental impact, however, the price of the filtered water in the restaurants was 35aed which is just crazy (9.50usd!).

The food at the hotel is exceptional under the all inclusive option and, generally. The buffet, Italian, Spanish and Steakhouse were all extremely good and overall, excellent value for money. The pool area is great, with a very wide menu of drinks and food available.

The rooms are slightly dated in comparison to the stunning interiors of the general lobby, bar and buffet restaurant which are amongst the most beautiful I have seen in 30 years of travelling (and developing hotels). These are being refurbished however.

The service across this hotel is AMAZING!!! The hotel is beautiful but it's the staff that make it exceptional. Their attention to detail could not be faulted and you felt like a VIP from the moment you walked through the door. We ate at numerous restaurants and the food was gorgeous, don't miss Fish restaurant in the evening for beachside twinkle lights and Baba Steak just delicious! We are a family of 5 staying in 2 deluxe rooms with balcony views, more than enough space to accommodate with great housekeeping too. This was our first time in Dubai and we couldn't have picked a better hotel for location, believe me we did it all (kids loved the skydiving & the desert safari is not to be missed!), we'll definitely be back and won't hesitate to rebook The Westin for our return.
