We attended for a wedding and it was an amazing day. The room for the ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful,as was the room for the meal, the food was fantastic and served by such friendly staff. When we went to check in,the room was upstairs. The manager managed to get us changed to a downstairs room, due to me having walking problems. I was very appreciative. The room was beautiful and so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The Hotel is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t fault it in any way. It’s the perfect location for a wedding

The staff were exceptional. Every single staff member we interacted with (at reception, at the restaurant, at breakfast) were friendly, professional, welcoming. And some of them went out of there to make us feel welcomed whilst still remaining professional. We really appreciated this.

There was very loud banging from about midnight to 2am. It sounded like furniture being moved around in the rooms above or near us, with banging doors. I did not have a great night's sleep because of it, and this was frustrating because I had a busy day of important meetings and a long drive ahead.

Spacious twin double room with AC. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and enjoyable live music entertainment that was actually at a decent volume to still enjoy conversation. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Rooms, and entire hotel, was extremely warm. In rooms and bathroom the radiators were on full blast... needed to turn them off, open windows, and turn on the AC to get room down to a comfortable temperature... a very small niggle that was easily fixed.

The warm welcome and the excellent and personalized service of the staff were top-notch. The quality of the food was also of a very high standard. The surrounding grounds add to the comfortable environment, adding to a pleasant stay.

The only thing was the first room was too close to the restaurant, hence we could hear the taped music from there. We were able to move to a much quieter room, which was much better. It was cozy and tastefully furnished, however, it was rather dark overall, and therefore not ideal for working on the computer. Also late checkin was not possible, (after 10:00 pm) our flight was delayed, considerably, hence we had to book an airport hotel, and forfeit the first night at Tullyglass. This was not ideal. Most hotels - of this size and category offer 24 hour check-in.

Breakfast was great, although I was pointed to gluten/dairy free bread (which didn't seem to be there - I think it arrived later). I also loved the garden. out the back. Perfect for a wedding on a hot Summer's Day.

I thought the bathroom could do with a little updating. Normally I wouldn't be worried about that kind of thing, but for the price, I would have expected a little more. However, it was functional. Also, I was too hot with the duvet provided as it was a warm day, but I was too tired to look to see if there was anything else. I had not expected to be staying - it was a last minute decision after attending a wedding. As such, I did not have a toothbrush or toothpaste with me and had to go to a local shop to buy them. It would have been good if the reception desk stocked a few.

The staff were the highlight of the stay. Each and every one were friendly and professional but special mentions to Patricia for very kindly upgrading our room, Shirley for being so incredibly welcoming and Nandila for ensuring we had what we needed. Wonderful staff. The food was also excellent, we brought elderly parents to the carvery lunch and we were all very impressed by the quality of the food

When checking in at Reception we were told we were giving an free upgrade… Our upgrade was a suite with a 4 poster bed and a very large bathroom…. Everything was absolutely amazing in our stay, just sorry we couldn’t stay longer but we do hope to return in the near future… The staff were very helpful and especially the guy serving the fantastic breakfast in the morning was amazing and he chatted to all guests when serving breakfast….We definitely will be singing praises for this stunning hotel… Thank you all…

I was very thirsty during the night and thought bottle water would of been very welcome in the rooms….

From we entered everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and I must say I was really impressed. From My room which had a four poster bed and balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the fountain, everything was well thought out. The bed was comfy, the room well equipped and we had a fab jacuzzi bath !! The food was really impressive both at the wedding and breakfast, a super friendly chef made me a tasty omlette. The wedding room itself was really grand, spacious and the decor was beautiful. I’d love to return it was a great spot.

We were attending a family wedding and the reception was absolutely superb. The food, setting and entertainment were all excellent. Large comfortable bedroom for our overnight stay and a very good breakfast included for a very competitive price. All the staff were very friendly. Delighted with the whole experience.

Badly missed a teapot on the breakfast table. A hot water machine for an individual cup with a teabag is not great for a hotel of this calibre. Pillows were too firm for my liking.
