The hotel offers good value for money. Our room was in a bungalow next to the restaurant with a window facing the garden, so we didn't hear the big street next door. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly, as well as the dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was very tasty.

Unfortunately, the walls were very noisy and so was the utility room right next to the room. The mattresses were already very worn and uncomfortable - they should be replaced urgently. At breakfast you could choose something from the menu, but unfortunately only two things. There was no fruit. There is no footpath to the beach - this hotel is only suitable if you have a car.

The room was very clean and fresh. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and large. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were very good, plenty to choose from. The room was off to the side of the bar restaurant which was good, meaning it was quiet. The bar facilities were good. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. The small area to the right of the bar was quirky and comfortable. There was a selection of hand made gifts on either side of the doorway, varying from goblets, coaster, clocks and jewellery and all very well made snd reasonably priced. A great idea to support local artists. I would recommend here for a stay.

Great value pub with rooms, well located for the coast & nearby seal beach. The room was nice, very spacious and comfortable, if a touch dated. Note that some rooms are in a bungalow next to the pub. Great value for money. Food in the pub in the evening excellent - great choices, daily specials and again good value. Breakfast was again excellent - loads of choice and all included in the price of the room. All the usual options plus a few more from full breakfast through to French toast. Dog friendly too!

The apartment was perfect for us we had Dinner Bed and Breakfast and the food was fantastic. We were three golfers and took a 2 bed apartment with a sofa bed in livingroom. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The rooms were huge and very comfortable (even the sofa bed) We would definitely return.

My only point would be that no allocation of tables for residents were made for dinner. We were told it was fully booked, but they could try and squeeze us in at 20:15. We accepted this and they did manage to fit us in. Although had that not been the case Im unsure where else we could have gone as its not that built up an area.

This was a gem of a find, the cock and bull had very friendly and welcoming staff, the food exceeded my expectations, top class, well presented and very reasonable, the room was spotless, spacious and had all mod cons for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was cooked to order and again all top class local produce on your plate, very tasty and generous portions, I would highly recommend the cock and bull for a short stay or nice meal.

Everything else bar above that you can't do without. From walking in the front door the staff were fantastic it's just a great place to stay, that amazing fire place that was looked after and the fire was never left to go down, the atmosphere was just so nice, the food was out of this world. We will always keep going back.

That you had to ask for small things like orange juice,no preserves as in jam, marmalade at breakfast, no toiletries as in shower gell or shampoo as standard in every where else. Just small things that make it special.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay with exceptional customer service from all of the staff. Brilliant restaurant quality food and an outstanding breakfast. Dog friendly and a roaring fire on in the lounge every day. Oh - an excellent selection of ales too - especially the Engine Oil! When everything in the World seems to be broken these days the Cock and Bull is delightful in that everything works like clockwork.

It was a lovely homely feel, great reception by staff and a lovely room to stay in. The room was huge, shower was perfect and everything just fell into place. It felt really good having such a big room as in past hotels the room has been tiny so having a room that big meant having our own freedom. The breakfast in the morning was top class as well, would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a hotel.

Cute and Cosy appartement with everything you need. Loved the view, you could see the ocean in the far. Sunday roast and breakfast were okay, nothing really special.

The trucks early in the morning unloading there stuff right under the bedroomwindow. It was very warm in the appartement. we later figured out, the heating was on. Very unnecessary, while it was 21 degrees outside.

Very nice staff and the location was very good. Restaurant pub has a cozy atmosphere and the bartenders gave us good beer advice with samples to try first. Dinner was very very good! Staff seemed a bit insecure wich is not necessary at all cause u guy's are doing it great. Room was very clean and has a very good bed.

The hall to bedroom has a step up of 15 cm so the first time I walked in I almost kissed the floor 🤣😑. Breakfast was good but we didn't like the toast under our scrambled egg with smoked salmon cause it made it all wet 🥴
