We were there for the Elton John Concert. The Staff were lovely and so friendly. There was a bit of a slip up in the restaurant with my Partners starter. The Bar Manager on that evening was so lovely and the waiter who took our order apologised and the Bar Manager that night also apologised and gave my partner a free drink. The food was gorgeous. Our room was clean and it was the comfiest bed we have slept on in a long time. That is what you want, a comfy bed, a nice room and nice food and great bar service.

There is a slight smell of damp in the hallway on the stairs going up to the rooms

Excellent location, good traditional style building with plenty on site parking. Very helpful pleasant staff and a comfortable homely pub doing meals which I never had the opportunity to try other than breakfast which was lovely (however I will make a point of doing that when I’m back again in a couple of weeks)

Only silly little things, like only had 1 bath towel in the room for 2, (but sorted after staff informed) shower head bracket needed tightening up

Very friendly and helpful staff. They lent me a UK plug adaptor which was extremely helpful to charge my phone and trusted me with it to return it after my trip. The location is very central if you are in Dyce: only a short walking distance to the train station to be in Aberdeen in 9 minutes only, and with buses right there. The restaurant on site is a plus, specially because the food is good and at a good price. Breakfast was very good and had different options which was good since I was staying for three days.

Hot water in the shower was hard to regulate, so I ended up having baths instead.

We needed somewhere on short notice due to a sudden family bereavement. We found the Dunavon by chance and it far exceeded our expectations - especially at the price. The restaurant food was excellent, varied and great value. Breakfast was brilliant, and varied. Very happy to amend on request. Ours was included in the room rate, but purchase options were good value. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. We had no difficulty in changing rooms due to an issue with the shower, and received volumous apologies. We extended our stay by 3 nights with no difficulty. We intend staying there again if the need arises. The location was convenient more than scenic and very close to the airport at Dyce, but was no bother to us and perfect for our needs.

Water pressure in the shower was variable as was temperature. Other than that it was all great.

The location was perfect for us, as we visiting the P&J arena for The World Clydesdale Show. Fantastic value for the money. The evening menu was fabulous also. Great service and wonderful food. Some of the staff, especially in the evening were exemplary......especially Gemma, a real credit to this establishment. Would we recommend this hotel....without a shadow of doubt, great value.

Unfortunately the breakfast although very tasty, the wait on occasion was unfortunately a little too long and slightly disjointed. However, apparently that was apparently down to staff shortage possibility due to sickness....however, on those occasions communication is key. But, you know what, these things happen, and I'm sure this issue as regards early morning service as regards the kitchen service will no doubt be rectified. Give it a go, and above all they were friendly and helpful.

On arrival the room was not as expected, the description was a deluxe double but the room we were given was an attic room . After enquiring at reception Rodney the manager showed us to another room which was exactly as shown in description, big thank you to Rodney. Enjoyed our stay, staff were lovely, room service great at no extra cost , good food. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Nothing to dislike, maybe the bed was a bit uncomfortable at first but had a week to settle in.

The location was excellent, 10 mins from airport in a taxi, as hotel shuttle service not available. Bus stop right outside hotel. Train station a 5 min walk. Evening meal was fantastic, steak pie well worth it. Staff on in evening were fantastic. Quiet hotel especially as on main road, plenty of parking.

Breakfast very basic, no communication from staff in morning, explaining where we can get coffee etc, served far too earily when you are on holiday! 7am till 8.30am! Small beds.

The room was a good size and very clean, as was the bathroom. It was very well furnished. The property itself was well located, with the train station nearby, in addition to a supermarket, corner store, and several bars and restaurants.

The decor in the lounge and dining room felt a little cheap: kind of like some of the items and wall coverings had been picked up from Poundland. It didn't affect my stay, but it felt like a missed opportunity to make the place feel more authentic.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nicely set up and clean. Dinner was excellent! The food was amazing. Free parking. Quiet location very close to the airport if you were flying out or in. Large towels with a good shower and Toiletries in the shower

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable in both rooms which was disappointing. Just needs an upgrade.

i had a great stay for the 1 night, Jamie was extremely helpful and friendly and the chef on shift that night deserves a medal...the food was 10 out of 10.

my only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom....the toilet seat had what looked like faeces smeared on the side of the seat which i never noticed until i had already used the toilet so that was not pleasant...i then cleaned it. i never complained to reception as the rest of my stay was fine and the food was delicious. room 3 didnt have any view out of the window and there was alot of noise in the corridor and the rooms up above and next door had very creaky floors but over all i feel it was good value for money for 1 night.
