Beautiful quiet and tranquil area and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. If you get in a place and can see yourself living there, you know it’s a good sign. Everything was clean, fresh fruit and continental breakfast was left by the owners, which was much appreciated. Communication was superb and getting in the property was very straight forward. The apartment is definitely a credit to the owners and definitely one that I have now saved as I will look forward to stay again in the future.

Nothing to point out at all. Superb property.

food was great, everything was clean, tidy and the furniture was in excellent condition. spacious and modern, if a touch impersonal (may be magnified by travelling alone however). very comfortable, clean, and felt safe, which was perfect. excellent value for money and excepted expectation. i was impressed with the complimentary fruit, loved the avocardo.

the descriptor said it was a serviced apartment, and i didn't realised that meant that cleaners came in the day. i would've liked more warning and clarity on when they would come, and maybe an option to decline cleaning if possible? they did a brilliant job, but some people might prefer the option to decline cleaning. overall, lovely stay though!

Lovely period building in a quiet (minus the gulls 😆) residential area. Easy to get into town centre on bus/taxi. We were in the lower apartment but could see the North Sea from the kitchen/living room window. I’d imagine higher floor would have an even better view. Modern & comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Nice touch of yogurts, milk, cereal, fresh orange, tea & coffee.

One tiny wee thing - the bedroom door handle was a bit screechy, especially in the middle of the night!

This accommodation was exceptional, and hard to fault. The complementary breakfast, the fixings for tea and coffee, the delightful orchids all made our stay that much more special. The big fluffy towels, the video library, the ease of adjusting the temperature, the quiet street, the ease of parking, do I need to go on?

A corkscrew would have been nice, as would a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels

It's a lovely old building, made into 5 apartments. There are key locks on the front door. I had no trouble getting in. The upstairs apartment was clean and consisted of bedroom (down 3 steps), kitchen which had good facilities (stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machine), bathroom with shower over bath and lounge room with TV, DVD player and dining table. Downstairs I found a cupboard with DVDs. Plenty of natural light. I'd stay again.

I had hoped to get in early, and in the end I did, but I didn't get terribly helpful responses to my requests via text or email. The bed was comfortable enough, but I could feel the tops of a few springs. I could have done with a bit of heating, but my attempts to turn on any heater failed. Not sure if that was me, or they'd been turned off for the summer.

This place has a few units and we were fortunate to experience two of the units. Both were very nice. One unit had a view of the nice backyard with a large beautiful tree and the other unit had a view of the sea at the front and the yard in the back. The host was incredibly helpful and provided a nice continental breakfast. There was fresh fruit on a plate with granola bars which provided a warm welcome to the place. Check-in was simple. The apartments are located in a lovely neighborhood that is quiet and surrounded by a lot of nature and beautiful homes! We enjoy walking and this location was perfect for us because we could walk into the city center, the beach, the college (which is a nice campus), the botanical gardens, and Seaton Park! It was easy enough to navigate around Aberdeen from this place. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunsets too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Each room was comfortable! The living room, bathroom and bedroom were a nice size. I would recommend these apartments and should we return to Aberdeen we would like to stay here again! Best of all the property manager took care of all our needs. 10/10 🌟

people should note that the free breakfast is only for the first day. the apartment was really well set out, clean, comfortable, very well equipped, warm. its quite close to bus line 23.

we got the attic apartment which was really lovely, but there were three flights of stairs which I did not plan for. It would be nice if the apartment descriptions included which floor each apartment was on. Unfortunately, a car was parked all the time right across the building entrance path blocking the wheelchair/buggy access to the building so another two lots of stairs had to be got up. Some polite guidance on parking at the back of the driveway so others can use the entrance path might help

Exceptionally clean, functional and well equipped. I arrived at short notice because my son was taken ill at work on a North Sea platform. The apartment gave me a bolt hole from the hospital and Richard was kind enough to give me a flexible date to leave depending on my son’s recovery. I could not have asked for better.

Apartment E is at the top of the house, it’s a bit of a climb with luggage or shopping

An ample continental breakfast was provided in the fridge. The apartment was spacious and tasteful, with a huge TV, modern furnishings, and all necessary equipment.

A handrail would have been helpful for access to the large bath/ shower. The location was not very convenient for me. It was at the top of a hill and too far to walk to and from the University. Taxis were not always available.

I stayed in Apartment A and the space and comfort of the apartment was excellent. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice living area and kitchen. Nice touch with the complimentary fruit bowl.

Location could be better if you want a city central location. I wanted easy access to P&J live which is 5-10 min easy drive so it worked for me. Room could have curtains to keep more light out (only blinds).
