the room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. You can really relax in the room as you won’t hear people from different rooms. Very clean beddings and towels. Great location for what we needed on that weekend. The shower/bath doesn’t look amazing but the jet is great and the water comes really nicely hot.; perfect for the coldest days. The car park was free of charge and there’s an amazing exotic restaurant just in front of the Hotel. Staff is very professional and discreet.

It would have helped having sockets by the bedside cabinets so you could plug your phone in without having to get out if you receive notifications, as the socket is by the TV opposite the bed.

Nice, clean, big rooms. Plenty good restaurants and eateries nearby. Good stay in a countryside hotel. Lifts available to carry luggage. Contact the reception for booking cab, it's all written down. We were being duped by Mr Swapan who was charging 140GBP instead of the regular taxi fare of 100 GBP (to Stansted). Be aware. Lovely Turkish restaurant 2 steps away. One must have a meal there.

Location bit far from main city. But there is a bus stop just adjacent, which takes to nearest tube station in 10 mins. From there central London is about 20 mins away by tube. Bus station from hotel is 30 mins in walking

Lovely clean room. Bath and shower great. Tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits. Vending machine for snacks available. Nice walk to East Finchley underground. Several restaurants within a five minute walk from the hotel which was great - cinema and bowling alley too.

On the information on the website, it said cooked breakfast available. On the printout from Booking.com it said no meals available and there wasn't. Also, no parking was mentioned on the printout but parking was available. We took pots of porridge which just needed boiling water, so we overcame the breakfast problem but it needs to be addressed for other travellers.

Used this hotel as a base on the outskirts of the city to go to an event in Brent Cross. It had parking and plenty of restaurants (a Turkish one called Gokyuzu was bustling in the night there, obviously popular) and entertainment (Vue cinema and bowling alley) on the doorstep The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious and our room was the same too. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful (bath took a bit to drain). Hotel was a 25 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Finchley Central) - just had to take the northern line south for 20 minutes or so to reach Camden. Bingo! Would happily use this as a base again - wouldn't suit those wanting to be in the middle of London's hub, but a great base still.

Nothing really

Booked as going to a gig at Ally Pally. Location for that was great, caught the 134 bus which was a 10 min walk either side. Staff at reception were welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our room looked like it had been recently modernised - comfy bed, freshly painted walls and slick bathroom. No complaints about the room at all, great value for money.

The hallways were awful - a complete opposite to the rooms. You can see from my photo that it was So outdated and it also smelt awful! Thankfully once inside the room, was a different story.

Hotel is in a good central location with bus stops and train stations near by. Close to Alexandra Palace which was the purpose of the stay. Nice, spacious room. Good choice of restaurants on the complex.

Dirty linen was left on the floor from previous guests (think the linen might just have just fallen off the trolley when room was being cleaned but felt a bit careless). No hot water from the shower in the evening, was absolutely freezing. Were not given enough towels for two people.

There was a function in the room downstairs which was very loud and went on until around 2am, we were in room 209 which was directly above which I think was why it was so loud. I luckily brought ear plugs but could still hear the music so I phoned down to reception at around 1am to ask when the music would be stopping as we couldn’t sleep, the receptionist was quite dismissive.

The location of the hotel is in a lovely little shopping park. The Mediterranean restaurant built in to the hotel was lovely and the food was excellent and good value. We stayed here as we were seeing Lady Gaga, and the hotel made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms are basic, but very clean and well equipped. Excellent value for money. Would stay again.

The only thing I could fault was the lack of plug sockets in the room, but we only stayed one night, so wasn't really a problem.

it’s close to bus stops, 10 mins away from metro station, a lot of groceries stores, restaurants and coffee shop nearby.

It’s quite far located from the airport (Heathrow), so if you try to order uber, bolt, etc. they might decline your request, so you will have to take a taxi that’s very expensive, unless you can manage with public transport!

the property wasn’t what I expected but it wasn’t bad. the room itself was nice looked like it did on the pictures, the bathroom was outdated and so was the hallways it smelt like smoke according to my other half but that like I said was just from the main hallway the room was fine.
