Excellent location, very friendly staff, great value for money.

The A/C needs some serious cleaning it looked awful and had layers of dirt. We didn’t use it at all.

Location is superb - very close to two underground stations and many bus lines. The staff was superfriendly and accommodating, always at your disposal when you needed anything. Cleanliness was another good point, the room was spotless.

If anything, I missed a chair to sit on. The kitchenette was a plus but not having a place where to sit on was somehow disconcerting.

Arch Hotel is in great location, close to shops, takeaways and both underground and overground. Room was much bigger then hotel rooms are usually and it was great that had fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishes. Staff is friendly and big thank you especially to housekeeper for tidying up our room and providing clean towels when we been out. I would definitely recommend Arch Hotel for stay in London.

Our daughter's bed had way too hard mattress. Also mattresses in general should be replaced or cleaned as it was quite disappointing to see what condition there are in. There is few small things which could be repaired as broken skirting board or broken tile in bathroom, but didn't affected our stay.

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending an event at Finsbury Park and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. For anyone booking for the same reason, it was about a 30 minute walk (or around 40 on the way back as you have to exit in the opposite direction). Given the queues for all other means of transport, this was really convenient. Check in was easy but just a note that photo ID is required. There is also a fridge in reception where you can buy drinks. I appear to have booked an apartment, which was great as it had a fridge, sink, microwave, cutlery etc and would definitely be handy for a longer stay. The rooms themselves are very nice with high ceilings and big windows. The windows do make the room quite bright quite early, so it might be worth bringing an eye mask if this is likely to wake you. As others have alluded to, the air con doesn’t seem to work, but the room did have a powerful fan which came in really handy. The temperature had dropped a bit at the time of my stay (to around 22 degrees) and the rooms were really hot, so something to keep in mind. On the whole though, the room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom had mini shampoo and shower gel.

It seems as though the hotel is under some sort of maintenance at the moment, with some materials in the hallway. This had no impact on my stay whatsoever but it may influence some peoples decisions. The air con doesn’t work, but there was a fan in the room. The rooms are a little tired and in need of decorating as there were some marks and damp patches on the walls, and some of the bedding had holes in it. None of these things affected my stay though and if you just need somewhere comfortable to stay for the night, this was a great hotel.

5 minutes from tube station. Off main road, so quiet for through traffic. Plenty of places to grab food. Multi-screen cinema around the corner to kill time if needed.

No net curtain in my ground floor room, so no privacy from people parking their cars. Using the blind made the room dark. Room needed a repaint to refreshen it up.

Really great location - quiet but very close to a tube station on the Northern line. Felt very safe walking around, some convenient shops and some nice bars for a quiet drink. Restaurants nearby looked good too. Good size bed, big shower and bathroom. There's a fridge to use as well as microwave, toaster, kitchen sink, crockery and cutlery. I wouldn't necessarily call it a studio apartment or suite because there's nowhere to sit and eat but they're really nice facilities to have if you're travelling alone and would rather chill with some food in the room instead of eating out alone so it's good for people travelling for work. Clean and tidy, plenty of towels and toiletries/tea and coffee. Staff on front desk very polite.

Room was really warm and the air con really didn't do very much. They could do with just a little fan in the rooms, especially those on the ground floor where you wouldn't leave the window open no matter how safe the area felt.

The hotel is a historic building, renovated inside, very close to Archway tube station in the Northern line.Having easy access to the centre, it is a spacious flat with two floors, two bedrooms and one bathroom.Very clean, with the towels changed daily. Lots of mini- markets nearby make the stay there even more convenient.A 20- minute stroll takes you to Hampstead Heath, a park in the North of London, which is not to be missed. We were allowed to leave our luggage there for free before the check-in and after the check-out time.

Room booked for 3 of us - clean and tidy and the chap on receiption could not be any more helpful - sorted the air con for us and offered us fans if this was still not cool enough - really friendly place close to all amenities and tube station and venue that we were visiting. Bed really clean and comfy had a good night sleep and the shower was perfect - just what we needed.

It was what we paid for so wasnt expecting the Ritz however whilst its very clean, items are starting to become a little worn like the chairs and carpet very minor but we still really couldnt moan - still a really great stay :) and we would come back.

The gentleman on the front desk was so welcoming and was happy to answer any questions we had and even gave us his fan for the room (the air con was broke). The room was clean and spacious an is in a lovely quiet area.

Google maps took us further down the road so can be tricky to find if you don’t know where you are. The room lay out could of been better as we had to climb on the bed to open the bathroom door an get in. Also we did pay for parking which was £20 when we arrived which i don’t agree with as we are paying enough already to stay at the property (£150 for 1 night).

Very friendly, helpful staff. Always someone available for assistance and with a smile, nice. Room clean and comfortable, even if a bit worn in places, but this didn't detract from our stay one bit. Lovely hot, powerful shower, mini toiletries and tea, coffee and milk in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean towels put in room and bins emptied on day 2 of stay. Choice of supermarkets within 5 min walk. Tube 10min walk. Felt a safe area at night. Close to lovely park and Highgate cemetery. Private, off road parking available £20/night, no height restriction.

Nothing to moan about.
