Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

Beautiful property. Kids club is a small cottage Indoor kids pool with slides Gardens for kids to play Stables with pony grooming for toddlers Room had stool for kids in bathroom, and they added soap and shampoo for kids.

Very outdated spa and pool area. Insects around the pool. Fungus in several areas. Soo many corridors and doors in the spa area. Staff in the restaurants need some training. I almost got scammed. After booking i got a call from someone claiming to be from the hotel from the hotels phone number saying they will send me a link for payment. Then they sent me an email from “fourseasons@reservations.com” with the link. I didnt get a clear explanation about what happened but it did really ruin the time before my trip. Thankfully i didnt click on the link.

we stayed in a Garden view room. it was very comfortable and the bed in particular was luxurious. we haven’t slept that well In ages! bathrooms lovely, only suggestion is to include bubble bath as a bath with a bar of soap isn’t ideal! other than that all was perfect; the grounds lovely and no where was too busy despite it being a weekend. all the staff nice, a red headed chap that took our bags (can’t remember his name) and then David in the bar was exceptional our pug had a great time, it’s very dog friendly and they welcomed him in the wild carrot bar which is handy as you can eat there. staff were very kind

not sure the food is worth the price, but you can forgive it for the staff, location and ambience

- extremely caring staff concerning restaurant and bar. - special thanks to the bar manager Survinder who was very kind and taught us so much about drinks and hospitality - tasteful design - beautiful house and surroundings - very comfy beds - pretty landscape

- service charges for everything, even 20 £ for the accommodation per night - every drink, every dish, all is charged with 15 % extra - only one restaurant with a small choice of dishes. after 2 days you know everything - very pricey breakfast - pool doesn’t offer a lot of sunbeds

We have just returned from a short honeymoon at the Four Seasons in Hampshire. It makes the perfect relaxing getaway - it was perfect for an Autumn stay, with plenty of walks to do, lovely spa facilities and plenty of cosy living room type spaces to relax in. All the staff were incredible; friendly, attentive & greeted us by name as we arrived to the restaurant for dinner. A wonderful stay and we are very happy we chose the four seasons for our honeymoon!

Might be worth mentioning that there is a 15% discretionary service charge on food & drink orders - with the service as good as it was, we thought it was worth every penny so absolutely didn't mind!

The location and it’s lovely gardens, A lovely welcome, polite and respectful staff, the rooms are very nice after the renovations

It was seemingly impossible to contact the Wild Carrot restaurant by phone during our stay, even the operator & reception couldn’t get them to answer. When we arrived there for our evening meal we were surprised to find it so very noisy as there were lots of kiddies running around and the room didn’t seem to absorb the noise very well.

The rooms were newly refurbished and looked better than the pictures on the booking site. Plenty of fun activities to book and enjoy. The hotel is dog friendly, my pooch enjoyed being with us almost everywhere. The swimming pool and spa were so lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

At the time we went there was only one restaurant operating. Nevertheless, the food it offered was tasty.

Spacious fantastic room. Great breakfasts, superb drinks at the bar - really enjoyed the non-alcoholic options and the kids liked interesting non-alcoholic cocktails that were different every day. Really loved the swimming pool as did the kids and enjoyed very nice massages. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location and grounds are fabulous

All was great.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Staff have been amazing and so good with children. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but Mehdi at the reception, Faye at Sharkie's Pool and Sangeeta, who brought some of our meals, have all treated us with so much kindness I feel they are excellent ambassadors for what the Four Seasons Hampshire has to offer.

Service was exceptionally exceptional. No words to describe their attentiveness and thoughtfulness towards their guests. It elevated the entire experience. facilities were great for my toddler and the room was extremely comfortable.

the bathroom was a bit old and falling apart. our toilet roll holder dropped out a few times, and the lock for the toilet door also fell off.

Personalised service, extremely friendly staff, great attention to all children which is very important to us. Breakfast is delicious and has variety of different options to choose from. Locally sourced ingredients. Many things to do for children and adults alike.

We liked absolutely everything and beyond!
