Good clean rooms.

Staff need customer training courses. Staff ignore customers at bar and at tables. Staff say back in a minute. Don't return. Forget to take food or drink orders. All seam to think they are to bussy but the bar/restaurant was only about half full. Seen staff ignore other tables and customer. Really really bad service. And no excuse for it. Management obviously not taking on previous complaints as I a sure there have being plenty before this one. Do better!!

Great location - easy walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The majority of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Bar service was very good. Our room was on the top floor and was very spacious with comfortable beds.

The lock was unfortunately broken on the bedroom door and I always like to lock my hotel room as a safety precaution. Also there was a problem with some of the power sockets not working but overall the room was very good. The Sunday reception staff were unfortunately much to be desired - surly and unfriendly - completely different to the staff we met on the previous 2 days in the reception and bar. I would suggest the management look into this - unfriendly, grumpy hotel staff are very off putting to guests - there are lots of alternative hotels to stay in Belfast!!

Location was excellent, clean hotel, good value, staff were great. Shout to the beautiful red head behind the bar, very happy and smiley

I’d requested chocolates and Prosecco for the room for my girlfriend’s birthday (additional cost of £30 ish)Thought they would be in the room as a surprise for her, disappointed when checking in, the member of staff shouted to to the bar to bring a bottle and glasses over and pulled a box from under the desk, ruined the moment haha. The Sunday desk staff weren’t as happy as the other members we came across. And the room safe didn’t work

Very nice and warm welcome to the Hotel by Rachel who was working on the front desk. And answered all my questions with warmth and patience. Also a lovely man Tomas who worked the night shift was very helpful in ordering me a taxi for the Airport the next day. And the taxi was all ready for me the next day like being in a film. Also to I think his name is Allan or a slightly different spelling was also very helpful.

Sometimes my Tv Remote didn’t work I didn’t spend much time in the room as was out working so when I came back just wanted to chill and watch telly but I had to sometimes really press the buttons hard to change the channel. And then sometimes it just didn’t work at all. That’s really the only negative thing everything else was great, I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable and had the best sleeps.

Staff were lovely, Victoria on the front desk was very cool when we checked out, as was the Irish girl on arrival - super helpful, nothing was a bother to assist with. The room was of good size, with plenty of room. The shower lovely and powerful, and hot.

The bathroom in the room definitely needed a fan, too steamed up after shower, plus bathroom smells lingered in the room. Shampoo combined with body wash not good for your hair, needed to be separate shampoo. Breakfast had all basis covered cold and hot, although the soda bread was rock hard, as was the hash browns - almost inedible.

It was my second stay here. Great location as it's right beside Victoria Square, Common Market, Telegraph Building, etc. The room was clean, had a radiator, working shower, television, window that opens. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. I didn't try the food but there was a lovely smell coming from the restaurant!

The twin rooms don't have fridges which is annoying. Although I did get a bucket of ice to my room to chill my drinks so it was okay. I was surprised that late checkout was not available but they said there was a lot of arrivals for the next day.

The hotel appears very modern in the Foyer and corridors. Its clean and bright. The staff were very helpful. I had an early start and the night staff got me checked out and on my way very smoothly.

In the room I was in, with the window closed there was a lot of noise bleeding in from outside the hotel. Plus the room layout, furniture and bathroom were almost identical to a non-Ramada hotel I stayed at just the night before In Letter Kenny. That room felt like it had been very Modern in the early 2000's but hadn't really been upgraded since then, bar the flat screen tv. This room was identical to the letter kenny hotel bar the sofa was in red leather instead of grey cloth. So As a more premium hotel I was disappointed the room design was identical to a budget hotel in another location.

I liked the location, was very handy for what I needed staff were lovely. Food was brill and rooms and hotel so clean. So quiet at night time.

What I didn't like was the mannerism of the porter/ doorman. The way he spoke to people. There was no need for it at all. Lovely couple having a drink he was so rude to them. Then turned on us. Was no need for it at all. He wasn't happy in his job he is definitely not a people's person.

Very convenient location to all things St. Anne's Square/Cathedral Quarter. I was traveling solo, visiting family in the area, and the room was very cozy for 1. Bed was incredibly comfortable! Walk-in shower was nice and water pressure was excellent. Local area included the Mac Theater and several excellent local restaurants on the same grounds as the hotel. There is a Centra a 5 minute walk away for groceries, snacks, water, etc...

Lack of drawers or real closet to put away clothes. I stayed 3 nights and had to keep my suitcase open on the floor for storage. There is an open space to hang clothes and a couple small nooks to put folded items. When I travel, I like to get settled into a space, so having everything out on display felt disorganized. If it had been more than just myself, it would have been uncomfortable.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly Beds were comfortable and room was an ok size for only a few nights Location was great easy walking distance to all the sights Breakfast was delicious and fresh

The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable due to the warm weather (August). The hotel did provide a fan and jugs of ice water however it was difficult to sleep and then to get ready in the morning without breaking out in sweats. Not much I suppose the hotel can do without aircon and they did try to help where they could. The hairdryer is permanently plugged in and you are unable to move this which made blow drying hair a little difficult.
