Our hosts were unfailingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble, from booking us a table for supper to organising our taxi to the airport. Very welcoming with lots of lovely extra touches, like a welcome drink on arrival and a gift on departure. the views are great and the breakfast spread is exceptional. It felt very much like being guests in their home and there was generous supplies of chocolate, biscuits, cold beers etc in addition to the usual tea / coffee. Bed is very comfortable and loved the white fluffy towels, changed daily. A fascinating corner of Belfast too & a 20 min walk along the river to the city centre. Lots of help with recommendations and information & everything to a very high standard. It was too hot to use the hot tub but loved the breeze on the terrace and looking over the water to the marina and Titanic Belfast, watching the boats coming and going, the lights of the city at night. Magical.

A tiny thing - I like to sleep in a very dark room which was difficult with our large scenic windows so I used my sleep mask. Worth it for the spectacular views.

Desy & Christina are amazing hosts and very welcoming, we were even able to check in earlier and they had a reserved secure car park for us. The breakfast was incredible! The view over the harbour is stunning & the room had access to terrace & jacuzzi, we were provided with complimentary water & snacks as well as a welcome drink and everyhing was clean

Due to the Penthouse location and lots of glass it gets very warm in the room (w/o AC) a Fan is provided though, the bathroom doors cannot be fully closed from the inside and tend to open by itself when the Window is open (you should therefore know each other well ;) ) parts of the interior/exterior could profit from renovation

Beautiful apartment. Lovely owners. Perfect location. SSE Arena is just across the river and also the Titanic museum. Close to the center. 30 min drive from International Airport and 10 min from City airport Private parking. Lovely breakfast, Tasty! Apartment designed very well, very cosy. We were greeted with Prosecco and cold beers. In the appartment there was alzo Coffee, Tea and snacks, it also has brochures about Belfast attractions and all information about tourist attractions in Northern Ireland. We were shown around by Desy, a very nice man, very hospitable, we felt well taken care of. He showed us around and explained everything very well . After seeing the apartment, we went to the roof from where there was an amazing view. There is also a hot tub there. Bubbles in such a lovely scenery. What more could you want. In the morning we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, all products fresh, healthy, a huge selection, everyone will find something for themselves.And before leaving, Cristina gave us a farewell gift. Thank you very much Cristina, the photos are beautiful. It's very nice of you 🌻 It was a successful trip. It was a pity to leave. But we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. We liked everything about the james clow b&b. The hosts were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. We was also treated to a lovely gift before leaving. The bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable and clean with mini bar and plenty of snacks . And the breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of choice from a hot and cold buffet. Close to town centre and the attractions. The bedroom walked out onto the roof so we had great views with a hot tub to use .

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The James Clow Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful, stylish apartment located on the top floor of a modern building. It has the most beautiful deck with amazing views overlooking the river. Our room was private, comfortable and sparkling clean. Its location is perfect, just an easy walk to Belfast city center. Desy and Cristina are the most amazing hosts. They are kind, friendly and their hospitality is unmatched. Our stay with them exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend the James Clow Bed and Breakfast.

Great communication from Dessy and Christina from the moment of booking and especially on our arrival and stay. Secure private parking is available and really handy. The room was well appointed and the views over Sailortown and beyond were great. Very good orientation from Dessy on arrival and he had pre-booked us a meal locally on each night of our stay, that took the hassle out of it for us. (2Taps and Flame). Chocolate treats were left in our room on our arrival to help us celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We took advantage of the use of the hot tub each night, although uncovered the hot tub is well sited in a sheltered spot on the roof and thankfully we had no rain. Plenty of selection for breakfast, from quiche, to various breads, cereals, crepes, fruits and fresh slices of meat, no option of a cooked breakfast, but there was a great offering of everything else. The hosts were very pleasant to talk to and offered up ides of were to sightsee locally. The B&B is just a few hundred yards down stream from the Lagan Weir and is therefore very centrally located. This is not your typical B&B and it's priced accordingly, it was a special place for our special anniversary, cheers Dessy and Christina

Christina and Desy’s attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was a cornucopia of delicious eats set with the Belfast skyline in the background. With each bite, you have the Titanic site and port all around for views. Great conversation coming from both the hosts and guests to tie it all together. Each room has incredible views of the Belfast city line, giving you a rare view of the area. The cherry on top is the hot tub on the roof. Rain or shine, winter or summer, you have an experience like no other!

The room accommodations were superb, and the rooftop views of the city of Belfast and waterfront was just plain amazing to go along with the comfortable all-around relaxing atmosphere. Desi & Christine could not have been more cordial and helpful. Christine made two gourmet breakfasts better than most restaurants.

Not one negative thing to report and no constructive criticism to offer. Desi & Christine have it all perfected.

I booked this stay a few days before we arrived as a last minute trip, it absolutely exceeded my and my partner's expectations. The view alone is worth the money you'd spend to stay overnight! Desy and Christina are so friendly welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the main terraced bedroom and we had private access to the hottub and views all night and the breakfast was so fresh, the sunrise and planes from the city airport would take your breath away. The apartment has exceptional books of just about everything you could imagine and the place is so so so clean and the smell of washing powder especially was a little add on to the bedding and robs provided. The owners text you like you've known them years and it was just an all round outstanding stay and experience we will definitely be back!

The room was beautiful, most comfortable bed ever. Snacks and juice were left out for my son which was very thoughtful. The view was stunning and the rooftop terrace was amazing! Breakfast was lovely, Cristina even made up a bag of lunch for my son for school which was very sweet of her to do. Just when I thought our stay couldn't have been more perfect, I was handed two beautiful photos to put in frames 😍 My son loved Cristina and didn't want to leave, we will definitely be back ❤ Thank you Desy and Cristina, both lovely fantastic hosts.
