Arrived at the hotel and felt instantly welcomed and comfortable staff couldn't of been any more helpful or welcoming. Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. I'm a very fussy eater but I can honestly say the breakfast was delicious. Our 2 children are fussy eaters to and they wend above and beyond to make sure we was happy and they had what they wanted and that it was right for them and they smashed it👌 hotel location was perfect of your visiting the pleasure beach short walk their and to the south pier. We will definitely be back to stay, thanks again for having us.

The location was great for the pleasure beach amusements and sandcastles swimming 5min walk if even. Jenny and John are lovely and although the hotel is basic it was clean and well kept. I paid £100 for 2 nights which was prefect for what I wanted somewhere to chill for awhile after being out all day. Would definitely go back here.

The bedroom was so lovely and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous clean smelt lovely. Jen and John were so welcoming. Even when we came back to the hotel in the rain Jen got us more towels 😁 would definitely recommend the hotel two lovely owners too 😀

loved the property! our room was very clean, spacious for our family of 5 with the adjoining bedroom with the bunk beds… kids loved it! fabulous location … the owners were lovely people very helpful. Breakfast is a must, excellent value for money, very tasty! we will definitely be back 😃

The couple who ran the place where lovely, helpful and accommodating. In a great location minutes away from pleasure beach , south pier lots of things to do. The b&b was spotless rooms very clean and comfy. Breakfast was spot on. Couldnt of asked for any better.

Was absolutely amazing, owners where lovely people very friendly very helpful. We absolutely loved there cats so much that we even want some. The quality was better than we even expected. Amazing area close to everything we needed we will be going back sometime next year.

John and Jenny bent over backwards to help us have a lovely stay, we had trouble with the wifi and they stayed up late to sort it for my daughter made a little girl happy. We got up a little late for breakfast by mistake and they made sure we had something ever after breakfast finished. Lovely couple. My daughter loved there beautiful cats so much wanted to take them home x

The owners are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was good value and the food was cooked fresh to order. The room was clean and had everything you need. The bed very comfortable.

Room was just the perfect size, en suite facilities which is always great! Excellent location, close to pleasure beach, quiet area (no night time noise) and close to the beach, shops and eateries. Owners were lovely and make a superb breakfast. Will definitely be returning, I have been to Blackpool many times and this is the best hotel/b&b I’ve stayed in.

Immaculate nice sized family room, perfect for myself and 3 teens, clean towels each day. Hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to check everything is OK. Very quiet at night considering it is a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach and everything is in walking distance. Can't fault the place, we will definitely book again.
