We visited for a long weekend. 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is ideally located, near to the Pleasure Beach, Waterpark and all other main attractions are within walking distance or regular trams/bus up the strip. A great fish and chip shop across the road and there is also a Spar just round the corner which was very handy. The hotel was lovely, it has a real homely, welcoming feel. The owners Pearl and Geoff were kind and friendly and very attentive. The facilities in the downstairs bar area suitable for all ages. We loved the football/pool table! Breakfast was fab, good choice of foods to set us up for the day! Our room was a clean and comfortable base for coming back to after a day of exploring. We were sad to leave but will be sure to stay here again and visit places we missed this time round. Thank you 😊

What can I say, other than exceptional. Thank you, from myself and Scott for a wonderful stay. Pearl and Geoff are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to borrowing an iron and ironing board. The room was perfect for myself and my partner. Nice and clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious. They even stayed up late with us whilst we drank in the bar, chatted and played pool. Will definitely be booking to stay again.

The hosts were very accommodating to all needs, happy to help out and go above and beyond. In relation to the accommodation for some it would not meet there high expectations, it is all about whatvyou are looking for and cost you want to make. The rooms and property are all very clean. We picked the location so happy with this. Will be revisiting

Very welcoming, great location and facilities. Staff were so friendly and great with our son and our puppy. Always a bonus to get access to decent parking in Blackpool too, and the location is fantastic especially for the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Sandcastle. The bar for guests is very reasonable and the fact you don't need to pay to play pool and foosball is a nice touch as loads of places would charge. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I had to cancel my next trip to them due to family circumstances, but hope to get back at some point this year.

If I had to find something I could only say the angle of tv wasn't great as it looked like you were watching a negative unless up at it, but we weren't there for tv, so it didn't really bother us. More than one set of keys would have been helpful too as you need them to access front door at all times, though that may have been available upon request.

Staff are really lovely genuine people, very welcoming and patients of Saints. The room was so lovely, cosy and clean. The kids loved the bunk beds. They also loved the pool table in the lounge but it was the few little animals that my kids loved the most. They also have a really good breakfast which I highly recommend. They were also so welcoming to my 2 dogs making them feel at ease in a strange place as much as they could. It's also situated really close to so many attractions and restaurants you would never get bored, even on a rainy day! We can not wait to come back in the future!

Lovely B&B, hassle free check in & free parking as requested was provided. The B&B although a little dated, was friendly, clean & comfortable. The lady that checked us was lovely & friendly to. We booked the family room (1 double, 2 bunk beds) quite spacious & cosy, the double was so comfy, unfortunately we couldn't find the light switch until we was checking out, had a joke about this with the owner, ha! All in all a fab, affordable, accommodation in a prime location! Wouldn't hesitate to rebook here again.

Myself, my wife & our little dog Rocco stayed at the property on the 25/3/23. The property was very clean, with tea & coffee facilities in our room. We even managed to be able to park next to the B &B The venue itself was close to the south shore pleasure beach & the permitted section of beach to which you can unleash your fury companion ( As long as he’s trained to come back ) The B& B had a pool table located in the front lounge area which also had a full size table football machine. The large screen TV in the same area played background music while having a drink at the bar & during the day too. The breakfast we had on the Sunday morning was very filling, starting with the cereal then the full English cooked breakfast including fried bread with toast to boot. All in all it was a nice place to stay and if we ever need to stay in Blackpool again with our dog, I would see if we could be fitted in here. Check-in was painless - met by one of the owners as we parked up outside! Given a "Visitors Parking Permit" so that we could park right outside, meaning that my wife didn't have to walk too far (she uses a mobility scooter most of the time). Got a first floor room on request to minimise the number of stairs we had to go up/down too. Breakfast was amazing - cereals, brioche rolls, toast, cooked breakfast, tea/coffee AND fruit juice - we didn't really need anything else until we were coming back from the Waterloo Music Bar that evening! Owners are really friendly. Location is quiet, but close to the seafront if that's your thing too!

The ONLY complaint I could make - if I was nit-picking - is the lack of a lift! BUT that's a common problem in Blackpool... Nothing against these premises, hence my 5 star review.

Pearl and Geoff make you feel very welcome, they go above and beyond for you, and are just genuinely nice people. Welcoming of pets. Not many places offer free parking, and so close to amenities such as the Pleasure Beach and South Pier.

My only wish is that it could be accessible for disabilities, but isn't possible due to the type of building, which is pretty normal for Blackpool.

Super convenient location right next to the south pier. Really nice hosts, friendly and welcoming, and they let us leave our car in the parking bay an extra day which saved us in parking costs. The hosts were great with our kids and they showed them the animals they had including an owl! There was a small bar area with a free pool table and a football table.

Rooms were very dated, furniture wasn't in the best shape both in the rooms and downstairs. Only bottled/canned beers behind the bar. Simple locks on the room doors.
