Not one thing I could complain about. We had lovely time in a place full of a lovely atmosphere.

Good location, very clean staff were lovely, they just wanted to make sure you were comfortable and happy they only took over 3 weeks ago

The staff was lovely and was very helpful helping us take our belongings upstairs as we was literally right at the top floor they was very chatty and made us feel very welcome the location was also good aswell not as busy as central area we are also next to shops and the pleasure beach also and the beach so its a good area if you have children they also have a pool table and a bar aswell

To be honest the only thing I.was unhappy about was the stairs as we are right at the top floor and I have nerve damage in both legs so it was very hard for me getting up there same as my partner.other than that I have nothing bad to say atall and we are visiting again in November which we are looking forward to

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The price was amazingly cheap for the location (right near pleasure beach and pretty much ON the promenade), and the quality of the rooms was just brilliant. The room was clean and cosy, fully stocked with all of the things we'd need during our stay, and the beds were SO comfortable! I still can't believe what we got for the price, and our stay was truly perfect. And I have to mention, the owners are absolutely amazing, and just lovely people all round! There was an issue with our room when we got there (nobody's fault, just bad luck!), so they moved us to a new room that was even bigger, and were so understanding about the whole situation, which was so lovely of them. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user myself, and the owners really did go above and beyond to accommodate me and help out where they could, when they really didn't have to! They were super helpful and made sure I was comfortable, and even helped us to move the wheelchair in and out of the hotel without me having to ask, which was just so nice. They truly are exceptional people, are so lovely to chat to when you're sat having a cigarette outside, and they made our trip just that bit more special and more memorable. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay, we're absolutely going to be coming back next time we visit! It couldn't have been any more perfect!

The couple that ran the place went above and beyond. Very friendly manner and made you feel welcome. Had a homely feel during the evening and come not ask for nicer people. Lovely atmosphere playing pool and cards.

N/A the rooms are basic. However, value for money. I have stayed at various places in Blackpool in B&B, and none of them had the same atmosphere. Fantastic location right near fair, plenty of cafes, restaurants, over the road from sand castle swimming. Or in the evening just relax and the children can play pool. And very welcoming friendly couple who go above and beyond. There is plenty to do for families or even a couple. I would definitely stay there again.

Mandy and John are excellent hosts. Can't do enough for you. Always happy to help even at 2am when mandy had to get up to let me in. The hotel is literally 2min walk from South pier. Great location

Couldn't really fault it .you get what you pay for.the hotel does need refurbishing however this isn't the fault of the managers..they are a great asset to rhis hotel. If money was put into it it would be an absolute gold mine .

All the rooms that we booked were on the same floor, The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. There was a pool table the children played pool on so that kept them entertained.

The stairs were a pain, too many of them to get to our rooms. But that was a minor. We would have been better with more single/bunk beds rather than doubles, as the children had to share a bed with an adult.even though the booking stated 3 adults and 5 children. The arrangements made by the hotel were... 1 adult shared a double bed with a 16 year old. not acceptable. 1 adult shared a double bed with a 14 year old.. also not acceptable. 1 adult shared with 1 12 year old and 2 9 year olds which was ok as there was a double bed, a single bed and a set of bunk beds. But we managed and it was worth the value for money and we would return in the future.

We booked this hotel last minute on our way to Blackpool and it was an excellent price and after booking a cheap hotel once before we had our reservations but I can't complain about anything. The location is excellent, there's a premier store on the corner, wetherspoons and a cafe 2 minutes away for a cheap breakfast, and across the road from sandcastle waterpark which is where we were headed. The owner/manager was friendly and welcoming enough, we didn't really have much reason to interact. Downstairs is roomy with a pool table, and a few kids and slot machines. It has a bar although and although we didn't make use of it my partner said it looked well stocked. Yes, the rooms are dated but they are large and I found ours to be clean. We had a working TV, fan to use if we were to need it, heating was on at appropriate times during the night/morning and we were provided with enough toilet roll, shower gel and soap. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, I found it to be an excellent base.

Nothing to dislike really, the only feedback I could give is maybe to provide opening times for the bar/lounge. That being said, they may have been advertised and we could have missed them due to messing about with bags, push chair etc.

The hosts were amazing. I felt very comfortable staying in their home. The room we got wasn't amazing. Hence, the facility's lower score, but for what we paid in a prime location, I could not have been happier. I would definitely stay here again.

I think the room we had had seen much better days. I saw my daughters room and that was lovely. I wasn't expected much honestly for the price. It was really, really cheap. It's not going to be the "ritz".

we were booked to stay here on the 15th October but got a text that morning to say our booking had been moved to another hotel due to storm damage. We’ve always stayed towards the south shore as it’s a bit quieter and I have 3 little ones, and the hotel we’d been moved to was right in the party area of the town. We called up and the bloke was ever so nice and said he’d tried to move us, gave us a call ten minutes later and had moved us to another hotel back up by the south pier. the poor man was obviously stressed having to rearrange everyone’s bookings but was lovely and really helped us out and was sorted really quickly. we hope you get everything sorted soon!
