From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by lovely, friendly staff. It was spotlessly clean, lovely decor, on arriving in the room it was just perfect. Plenty of space, clean, vibrant and an amazing bathroom. Very, very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was just amazing, cooked fresh and hot. Plenty to choose from and nothing was too much trouble. Hosts were friendly and chatty and just lovely. Hope to stay here again, its in a perfect location. Close to pleasure Beach, could see it from our window and the beach. 5 minute walk.

Heath and Diana are the best host I have ever met, there is a big variaty of breakfast and they were done professionally to our individual request. The room was far better than I expected, equipped with electrical fan. The location is great, the sandcastle water park and pleasure beach are just 5 mins walking distance. Lots of pubs, restaurants are really close by. The bus stops are 3-5 mins walking distance, which can get us to the coach station as well as the Blackpool north rail station. Oh, the room has good sound prove that is the bonus. We would highly recommend this Manchester House.

I went on a family trip with my husband and two kids, I wanted somewhere really close to the sandcastle water park and the theme park this location is a literally 5 mins away. Our stay at the property was also fantastic we really felt well looked after the owners were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean which is a big thing for me, the breakfast is tasty the kids had pancakes and waffles every morning they really enjoyed it. We had to leave early on the last day and the owners offered to make us breakfast to take away which was really nice of them they even made it before breakfast time overall I thought the service was fantastic.

The breakfast was amazing served with a smile with a selection from baked goods to cereal to a full English served with a choice of tea coffee water squash orange juice and apple juice the owners are a older man and woman who are the most lovely people breakfast was 8:30-9:30 we got given a key the owners were completely fine with us getting in late we got in on Saturday at 1am after going to the casino bathroom was en suite with towels provided including sanitary products such as tampons and sanitary towels nice comfortable double bed could tell it was cleaned and one of the best things in any hotel they had a fan next to the TV pointing down at the bed which was soo much appreciated as when I sleep I wake up sweating but the fan stopped that don't know why the place isn't 5 stars btw I'm 22 and I stayed with my girlfriend for her birthday from 9th September 2022 - 11th September 2022 absolutely amazing

Lovely hosts, really made us feel welcome. Bed was super comfortable, pleasant room, not noisy at all. Good facilities. Brilliant breakfast, hosts can't do enough for you. Visited last year and again this year, think next year we might make it three! Location is great, especially if you're planning on visiting Blackpool pleasure beach.

There's nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would suggest is possibly getting some shampoo and conditioner for the rooms instead of the soap dispenser, we found the dispenser quite difficult to use as the automatic sensor was a bit stubborn! We managed to figure it out though and it didn't put a damper on our stay

Everything it was absolutely amazing, was a lovely welcoming when arriving, beautiful room with an amazing shower, the staff were really friendly, and also a great help, when leaving we was given a chocolate house filled with chocolates and Easter bunny’s, it was lovely so glad I booked the Manchester house

The bedroom and en-suite were very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect, only a couple minutes walk to south pier. Very quiet, can’t hear anyone else. Also, we booked a parking space in advance which was amazing as we could just leave the car for the whole weekend.

The property is in a great location! Is for couples and families. The property is spotless throughout, the level of service is outstanding going above and beyond. Made to feel welcome, can’t explain how nice a feeling that is! Breakfast excellent selection of cereals, yoghurts and pastries, freshly cooked breakfast to perfection!

The room was really clean and the whole property was really well presented. The nicest place I have stayed in the area. The room was nice and comfy with modern decor. The remote controlled fan on the wall was amazing too! The bathroom was immaculate we felt safe and happy to use everything in the bathroom as well as the room. The staff were really friendly too. It was definitely the best! I have recommended to friends and family.

Heath was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay, like when I asked if I might be able to have an early breakfast on the one morning and was told it would be no problem. My room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was really lovely. Plus, Blackpool Pleasure Beach was just a few minutes walk away which was brilliant.
