I was impressed with the advance communication from Paul and Scartlett about breakfast etc. Really friendly and helpful reception when I checked in. The room was small but clean with lovely little touches like a choice of hot drinks and a biscuit, big fluffy towels, nice toiletries, alarm clock with a USB connection. The bed was advertised as a single but would have accommodated 2 and was really comfy. Breakfast was amazing - good coffee, full English to order - your choice of what you wanted. Cereals, toast, jams, juice, yogurt..... Evening meal available, however I had to go to Harry Ramsdens for sentimental reasons. See photo. Cash bar open for your requests. Very convenient walk from the station and to the Imperial, where I was attending a conference. And less than half their room rate! Short walk down the prom to the tower etc. I'll be back here as first choice if I fancy a short break in Blackpool for a change of scene.

No parking. Don't take a car. View from window wasn't pretty, however I only wanted a place to sleep. Minimal criticism.

Friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Mostly clean and well presented. A nice array of toiletries in the bathroom. Nice soft towels and cosy bedding. Subdued lighting in the bathroom made late night loo visits more pleasant than usual. The room was a decent size with a good amount of storage space. Well located near the train station and a short walk to the centre.

The mattress on my bed kept sliding off the base so I'd end up with six inches of mattress unsupported by the base. The carpet in my room is in need of cleaning to remove various stains.

The room was so lovely and the beds were the most comfortable beds fluffy pillows massive bathroom and just lovely little touches everywhere it even had a selfie ring light 🤣 and the owner couldn't do enough for you location fantastic and very quiet.

The only criticism was the curtains on one of the windows wasn't big enough and didn't pull across fully therefore letting the light in.

I can say the hosts were very nice and very happy with the b&b I stayed here as part of Blackpool Summer Events and was in a very good location the beds were comfy enough small room but did its job the windows didn't open much but unfortunately these places need measures in place to stop windows wide open so my little handheld fan I has was a godsend blowing cooler air from outside. I did felt very safe and happy would I stay here again if up that end in Blackpool yes I would.

Showers the only downside really I couldn't really get them to work great it was either too hot or too cold tbh I prob should of asked the hosts but didn't want to disturb.

Quiet, clean, warm and comfortable. Good location for attractions, nightlife and shopping. The shower in my room was hot & powerful, a rare treat in a small hotel. A warm welcome was received by a friendly proprietor.

Only minor issue was finding somewhere to park the car but I found a space on Dickson Road a few hundred yards away.

Fantastic and flexibilis host, wonderful breakfast, working heating! My plane was much delayed, but I could check in, thanks!

Since my room was on top floor I had to climb up evety day! 😉😀 But I have known it before, so it was not surprise.. Next time i will book earlier to get another room at lower level!

Warm welcome, good breakfast , convenient location.. Felt "at home" immediately on arrival. Not impersonal or stuffy as many B&Bs are

Rooms are compact especially room 9 so tight for storing stuff but for the price and against all the good points not a crucial issue. There are larger rooms if paying a little extra

The Dragonfly is a lovely little hotel close to the station and a short walk to the seafront. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The hosts are lovely people and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was a splendid affair with plenty of choice and and superbly cooked. The coffee was particularly good. Many thanks for a great stay

There is nothing to dislike about The Dragonfly.

Breakfast was very good... nice choice and selection. Location is very good, many bars and eateries near and a short walk to North and Central Piers and the Tower... only 5 mins from seafront. Great bed had four nights of good sleep..

Room and shower would be better a little bigger but constraints of building wouldn`t allow that.

Location was excellent for the town centre, beds were comfortable, the room. Was spacious.

Unfortunately on arrival the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. Lots of hair in shower cubicle, window sills were full of dirt that had been there for some time.
