I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I travelled alone with two young children and rose and Vera really went above and beyond for us! We were greeted with a very warm welcome and they really looked after us nothing was too much trouble! Very clean hotel we only stayed two nights but the room was cleaned thoroughly after the first night. The hotel is close enough to everything but far away enough to have a decent night sleep. We will definitely be returning thank you for your amazing hospitality

Nothing I didn't like best hotel in Blackpool by miles

The hosts Rosemarie and Vera were so friendly and welcoming. They understood we were running late and went out of their way to help us with the booking in so we were able to get changed and make our meal in time. They could not do enough for you and had lot of tips and advice of where to go. The breakfast was superb, piping hot and great quality products. The room was clean, warm and what we expected Ideally located near the sea front and a 10 minute walk into town, 5 minutes from Funny Girls

Not really a problem during our stay but the half an hour window for breakfast was a little restrictive especially if you had a late night.

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night, Decent breakfast. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the Winter Gardens. Lovely staff.

Towels weren't great(small and scratchy) Breakfast was between 8.15 and 8.45,bit early for me when I'm on holiday!

the guest house is ideal for all the attractions, not far from North pier

the guest house was immaculately clean,we. had Avery warm welcome from Rose and Vera who literally could not do enough for us it was like home from home The rooms were immaculate, nothing flash but everything we needed this comment does not detract from the comfort cleanliness of bedroom and en suit the breakfast was plentiful well cooked full English cereal fruit juice tea/ coffee and unlimited toast we left each morning full . What more can I say it has been a long time since we had stayed in a guest house, but without a doubt we will return, Vera and Rose run a tight ship, have been for thirty odd years good luck for the future, until 5he next time thank you so much for a fantastic stay xx

The breakfast was excellent, although space in the dining room was limited. One of our party requested alternative breakfast and this was accommodated. Staff were friendly and attentive one of the best guesthouses we have stayed in.

It would be great if the dining room and lounge could be swapped, so the bar/lounge could be a snug and there would be more room for dining, you could then have cereal as self serve to save staff some work. I would have loved pure orange juice rather than a squash type breakfast juice.

Very welcoming owners both ladies where very chatty and helpful made you feel at home. Property was clean which is all I expected for such a good price for Monday to Friday. Bed and Breakfast was really good. My son loved it and enjoyed the breakfast. You get what you pay for and it wasn’t a 5* hotel but I would highly rate it 5* b&b owners where lovely and good with the kids great service. It’s a little bit of a walk from where we usually stay but we enjoyed the walk and it’s only a tram ride away 😄 we had lovely weather so worked out well.

Can’t say there was anything I was unhappy with .

Location is excellent for our requirements - this depends on what you want really - we wanted something far enough from noise, yet close enough to public transport to reach the attractions etc. Nearest bus stop is about 3 min walk and nearest tram stop (which we used) is about 5 min walk. Nearest car park is about 200m away and cost us £20 for 4 days parking. We had the first floor room over-looking the road - no noise to speak of really, except the odd car or bike going passed. The room is massive with 2x single beds and 1x double bed and still space for my youngest to play with his "loot" from the day's excitement and arcade visits. Our bathroom looked brand new and was exceptionally clean - water pressure and temperature in the shower is good too! Rose and Vera made us feel so welcome from day 1, by supplying a USB charger so my youngest could charge his tablet as we forgot his plug (ample wall sockets in the room). Our every need was catered for daily (beds made, coffee / tea / sugar, towels replenished, bins emptied etc.) and especially at breakfast time as my 2 boys are real fussy eaters. I had the full english with bottomless coffee daily and was sufficient to keep me going till supper time ;-) I'm not a B&B expert, but this is certainly what I would strive toward if I was to ever run one ;-)

Wifi did not reach our room - that's it! Simply used my phone as a hotspot for the kids gadgets.

Good location five minutes away from the station and central to all Blackpool attractions near the tower. Very clean and comfortable. The two lady owners are very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, they quite simply couldn’t do enough for their guests. Full cooked English breakfast was excellent served on warmed plates so the food was piping hot. Good selection of cereals, croissants and fruit and plenty freshly made tea and coffee and fruit juice all included in the price. Cost £108 for a double room for two nights peak season which is very good. All in all, a fantastic little b&b which I would highly recommend and will definitely look to book again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was brilliant so there is nothing to dislike.
