nice big room and great shower
I didn’t like the fact when u get there they tell u it’s £10 extra to park your car per night so that takes it upto £85 a night for a hotel 2 mile as away from city centre

I found the hotel easily and it was in a quiet location, far enough out of town from the lots of traffic, but only a 5 minute drive in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean, as was my room. I didn't have any food or drink so I can't comment on that, but it smelt really good.
I thought I would be given a fresh cup when my room was cleaned, along with a top up on tea, coffee, milk and sugar, so was a little disappointed that i didnt, but I'm sure I would have been provided with some had I have asked. Apart from that, which to be honest is quite trivial, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

The Fines Bayliwick is an excellent hotel that has excellent standards and service and offers great value for money. It is well located, has ample parking, has heaps of character, and all facilities are well maintained, in good repair and clean and tidy. The booking process, check-in, check out, decor, fixtures and fittings, and ambiance are exceptional. The service provided by the team was '5 star'; this is the distinguishing factor between Fines Bayliwick and many other hotels I have stayed in. From check-in to departure, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Loudy at front desk was friendly and helpful and always had a smile and cheerful approach. Equally, Martin was excellent and assisted me with a dining request (which was delicious!) and was very helpful with a request for printing some documents. I had the opportunity to also meet the owner and again a very genuine friendly, engaging and helpful approach. I was extremely happy with the standards and especially the service the first time I booked, I booked again for the following week. Whenever I am in Bracknell, will definitely stay at Fines Bayliwick..... from my experience, I can certainly recommend it!!!

The hotel can best be described as a great find. Conveniently located to Bracknell and the M4 but in a relatively quiet area. The staff I met were very friendly and the check-in and check-out experience was quick but welcoming. There was a nice clean smell throughout the hotel, which hit you as soon as you walked in. The room I stayed (13) was a great room overlooking the garden to stay in for 5 nights. Comfortable bed, a lot of space for clothes and drawers to store other belongings. Really appreciated the fact you could open windows in the bathroom and bedroom to get fresh air - makes such a difference. It really does feel like you're staying in a home rather than a hotel at Fines Bayliwick. I was also impressed to see a fan in the wardrobe - you usually have to ask for one. The car park was great - always had somewhere to park and felt safe leaving it overnight. I wished I'd had more time to spend in the hotel but I was staying for work. The dinner menu looked fantastic and very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
If all boutique hotels were up to this standard it would be great. There was genuinely nothing I "didn't like." I've recommended the hotel to colleagues who also stay in Bracknell for work.

We went to watch the Golf at Wentworth, the hotel was ideally situated with easy access to the Ascot Park and Ride. Whilst a small additional fee was applicable for parking, there was plenty of spaces, each space having plenty of room to access your vehicle to remove bags etc. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented with a good selection of cereals, drinks and as much toast as you could cook and eat. The staff were very helpful and polite, ordering food to be delivered to the hotel, the receptionist brought the food to our room when delivered along with a smile. This was the second stay and would stay again, whilst not the Ritz, the rooms are large and comfortable and whilst most other hotels around the golf course charged the earth, the price per room is more than acceptable.
Nothing that would prevent me staying again. The bathroom whilst very roomy only had a shower and after a long days walking around a golf course it may have been nice to soak in a bath, but saying that the shower was fabulous.

Gentleman who was running hotel in owners absence was brilliant. Was able to recommend local The Bridge pub for a meal and although he was rushed off his feet at breakfast, still managed to provide an excellent service and a hot breakfast cooked to order. Room was clean and quiet and bed was comfy.
Hotel needs updating.

Very Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, nice and peaceful for a great nights sleep. The hotel was really comfortable and all the team were very warm and accommodating. Can highly recommend for a short or a long stay. Room was very comfortable particularly the bed.
Wish I had needed to stay longer! Will hopefully be in the Bracknell area again for work before too long and this will be my go to!

As an older property it has a characterful and homely atmosphere. The room was well equipped and of a good size. Parking facilities are good.
Having stayed more than once, there is little that I have not liked in any of my stays. On this occasion I again had a satisfactory stay. Nevertheless a couple of minor issues with the room were the bed mattress being somewhat too firm and where the springs on one (window) side could be felt (a replacement mattress or 'topper' could resolve this) and the TV signal was poor.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately our son was poorly during the middle of the night. We felt awful, yet the front of house staff and housekeepers were so kind and understanding. The bedroom and bathroom were really big: the bathroom was very modern and the bedroom was full of character. We both agreed that we would happily stay here again.
There's nothing we disliked. We can't comment on the breakfast or the bar as we didn't order it.

This hotel offers the most exceptional value for money. Our stay was much preferable to the more expensive travelodge, and they did everything they could to make sure my daughter and I had a good stay in surprisingly comfortable twin beds, treating us as individuals rather than numbers. There was also a garden and lounge.
