We had a lovely room, which was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was fun for our 7 year old. Just be mindful that the pool is relatively small (though this didn't bother us).The only gripe we had was the food. We arrived on a Thursday and decided to eat in the keller sport's bar, since the restaurant was closed. It was expensive, and whilst I am happy to pay more generally on a meal out, it was quite disappointing for the quality. The vegan burger was tiny, and my partner was still hungry (at £17 it's quite excessive). Other than this, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel overall.

What an amazing find this was!! Loved everything about it you don't often find such lovely hotels that are so child friendly , kids loved the pool, huge fish tank and amazing all you can eat breakfast! We loved the size of the family room and jacuzzi bath plus huge shower! We asked for a quiet room which we got even though there were weddings and parties going on that night we didn't hear sound! They even wrote a birthday card for my 9 year old son:) we also had a large balcony. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a huge king size bed. We will definitely be back!

Nothing it was all fantastic

I have stayed at the Coppid Beech several time for business and it is my go to Hotel in the Bracknell Area. The hotel has an Alpine theme with an open plan, spacious feel to it. The rooms are quite large, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is modern and seems to be well maintained. I always ask for a quiet room and the team are always very accommodating and the rooms at the back are indeed very quiet. There is a good gym and a pool at the hotel which is a bonus. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, comfy bed, a good shower and the WiFi works well based on my experience. The hotel is good value for money and there is really little to fault, certainly for a 1 or 2 night stay.

I am not a big fan of buffet breakfasts where hot food is concerned. On this stay the hotel was not busy and whilst the hot food was plentiful on the buffet, it has probably been sitting under the hot lamps for a while and the food was quite cold and pretty unpleasant to eat. I think if turnover is low the hotel would be better off offering an individually freshly cooked breakfast. It was not obvious to me that this was available as an option?

Lovely looking hotel from outside. Inside it was very elegant as soon as you stepped in the doors. The huge fish tank was a big hit with my children who enjoyed going to each of the 4 floors to view them. We stayed in room 106 and it was such a lovely surprise to have such a large room for a family. 3 different places to eat which was good and the food was lovely. Breakfast was a very relaxed atmosphere and well stocked. We'd definitely like to return.

The swimming pool area. I felt it was very outdated. It was quite noisy in the room, I could hear the people directly above and traffic outside the front of the hotel. We'd definitely ask for a back room next time.

The hotel is beautiful and I immediately felt comfortable stepping into the wonderful reception area. The aquarium is a great feature and the rooms are very modern, warm and comfortable. Great big shower. Comfy bed. I love that everything is there at the hotel that you could want for a restful night away, the spa, restaurant, bar and evening entertainment 👌

The hot tub was cold water and the sauna was out of use, the evening band was really loud- the bass was way too loud and we left shortly after it started which was a little disappointing. Although I did not allow this to ruin my time here, it was for my husband’s birthday so he was a little niggled by the spa not fully working.

Very pleasant and relaxing environment with high standards of hygiene..The staff were very polite and helpful. Food was very good and reasonable value.

Bed was a bit hard (although I have neck and back issues) We booked 1 night in the hotel, due to a family emergency. The price through booking.com was £92. We ended up booking 2 subsequent nights due to the family situation requiring more time. The hotel charged £118 for the second night and was going to charge £161 for the third until I explained why we were down, after which they set the price back to £118 for the 3rd night. The increase of profit margin was not appreciated, but, after dealing with it very diplomatically the subsequent reduction was.

Excellent ~Room, Reception Staff very helpful and friendly, Bar staff and restaurant staff attentive, friendly. Evening meals were okay but could be better considering the price, Breakfast staff helpful and friendly and buffet style breakfast good choices Nice Room and bed comfortable

Nice room but needs updating, and the sign to make up the room needs to be made better it kept falling of the door handle so room not made up when required. Lack of pkt for tea as 4 mugs supplied only 1 Breakfast tea, rest were peppermint or fruit Breakfast hot food need to be kept hotter as scrambled eggs and mushrooms were cold by the time i got to the table.. Meals served via the bar were okay but over priced for the quality. Could be improved.

Friendly & helpful staff, room size was amazing value, location was excellent with plenty of parking available (a short drive to both Lapland UK & Ascot station). The hotel was very family friendly, we felt really comfortable here as a family with young children and that means a lot. We used the restaurant in the evening, they made space for us as we had not booked, this was very much appreciated and the food was good. There were lots of families staying here as it's so close to Lapland UK and lots of people enjoying festive celebrations, we didn't have any issues with noise at all. No one batted an eye when we walked into the restaurant with young children and that was very refreshing. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, it's excellent value and very convenient and the staff were very helpful. Bonus points for the multi level fish tank which was much loved by the children in our group!

Bed were very big and comfy. Bathroom was spacious for a family, and had both a separate bath and shower. Room was very spacious. Staff were great and helpful. Kids loved the fish tank and handy having a little shop opposite. Breakfast had a good selection. There is a night club, but could still sleep, and it finished at 12 so was fine Kids also loved the look of the hotel Had lunch in the bar which was very inviting, warm, and the food was lovely Booked mainly as it had a pool. Pool area was clean and warm

Sofa in room was rock solid. Furniture in room was a little dated. Cleanliness in the main was fine, but in our room, we found a couple of issues like a half eaten biscuit in the bedside cabinet, and some things had been cleaned around, and not picked up.

Great location for what we wanted (visit to LaplandUK). Big room for 6 of us was great! Breakfast was nice, hotel was lovely. Pool was a big hit to pass some time before check in.

Lighting in the room was very dark so difficult to do my makeup. The heating wasn't working so we had a mobile plug in heater. This heated the room but would have been better with the main system. The king bed mattress was very very soft, which for some is likely fine, yet my hus and I need a firmer mattress due to back pain. The jacuzzi in the pool area was Luke warm so could not stay in it for long as it was chilly!. Check in was 45 mins late even though we arrived 1.5 hours earlier and requested an early check in. We did however receive a free drink voucher for the inconvenience.
